Hoteles en Zona céntrica, Urumchi

We had a pleasant 2-night stay in this hotel. The room was comfortable and everything was very clean. The members of staff were also very helpful. We didn't find the location as useful as we expected for what we wanted to visit, but it is in a quiet area with some restaurants and coffee places nearby. We added breakfast to our booking and the food was ok but the space was definitely too small for the amount of people that were there (we didn't go in high season). The lifts seem a bit outdated in comparison with the rest of the building and facilities, which look very new and nice in general.

Había una gran estancia. Sala especial. Limpia y cómoda mal tenía gimnasio y lavandería. Regresará aquí para nuestra próxima visita Urumqi.

Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

В целом нормальный отель, завтрак китайский, но есть жареные яйца, арбуз, лапша не острая. Кровать удобная, розетки европейские. Очень удобно, что душ и туалет раздельно! Персонал не говорит на Английском. Расположение - от метро пешком 15-20, ни разу не пользовались в итоге До парка красная го на пешком тоже 15-20 минут, удобно В остальном ездили на такси, в среднем поездки до 20 юаней, только до Будды далеко. Ещё из минусов - рядом нет хорошего места покушать. Вся еда через дорогу по подземному переходу, так и выбора там особо нет. В холле курят, на этажах тоже.

The hotel is quite close from the red park, if you are ready to walk a bit, even to the people park which. With taxi, all main highlight of the city are at less than 10-15 min,except for the railway station. Room is nice and clean and quite enough.

The hotel is quite nice, the restaurant downstairs is really the best! Situated far away from the train and bus station but I guess everything is in Urumqi! Close to the parks in the center though!

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

衞生和環境都還不錯 作為新酒店來説屬於正常可以接受的水平 房間大小也可以 行李箱也都舒展的開。地理位置也很好 周圍吃飯的地方也很多 拌麪抓飯都有的吃。唯獨設施這方面還可以完善，特別是消防的燈 雖然理解他作為消防必須 但是晚上睡覺屋內全黑的情況下它每隔幾秒就要閃一次而且亮度實在是有點高 很影響睡眠 這個建議真的要想辦法改進一下。還有這個冰箱櫃門 雖然無傷大雅但是作為酒店標準也不能合不上吧

很滿意酒店環境很好，很不錯房間寬敞舒適明亮，乾淨衞生，停車方便，有洗衣房，前台服務很熱情服務周到，很温馨，尤其是前台小姐小曼，很滿意，下次還來住這個酒店

The room was enormous and very comfortable. There was everything you might need for a stay. The shower was separate from the toilet (which is not very often in China). Everything was clean and perfect (although windows were a bit dirty). It's walking distance from the Hongshan Park and the subway. In general our stay was very pleasant. :)
