WWilliamRHThis is a great hotel. The room was very big and clean. The cleaning staff was very responsible and helped me send the clothes to the laundry room for washing and drying during my stay. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel has a great airport transfer service (using a Tesla Premium Sports car). The hotel is well located in the city center and close to many attractions. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

UUsuario invitadoThe staff is incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms and common areas felt super clean - particularly the beds. Some places just have a pleasant clean feel to them, and this is definitely one of those places. Additionally one is provided with a free toothbrush, hair comb, disposable towel etc. The washing machines and dryers are also free to use - a travellers dream come true.
However:
If you have ever used to bathroom at Stansted airport in the United Kingdom, you know how bad toilets can smell… At least that’s what I thought before coming to this hostel. The stench in the bathrooms (the male bathroom at least) was on a whole new level, I couldn’t even have dreamt of in my worst nightmares m. Never in my life have I had such fowl air enter my nostrils. I shall not proceed to describe the smell because I simply lack the words to do so. You will yearn for an oxygen tank in there. When I arrived, in their defence, there was a sewage issue. However, the smell continued to haunt the bathroom (and me) even when sewage issue was fixed. Perhaps part of it can be attributed to some of the guests having difficulties using the squat toilets - and the infrequent cleaning of accidents. Often times there is fecal matter on the floor - be it hard lumps by the side of the toilets or in liquid form exploded onto the floor and walls. Watch out you don’t slip in it!
Besides this quite substantial issue - and the consequent inability to shave, dry my hair, brush my teeth and quite frankly breathe in the bathroom , I had a pleasant stay. A hostel with so much potential.

UUsuario invitadoHabitación: Es un albergue juvenil recién inaugurado. La habitación está muy limpia. Alguien la limpia y cambia la ropa de cama al hacer el check out. La habitación tiene ventilación las 24 horas y no hay olor a decoración nueva en la habitación.
El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitación llega rápidamente y el volumen de agua es grande. Bañarse es muy cómodo. Entorno: Hay un restaurante y una tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente.
Otros: La habitación está en el piso 23-25, con vista amplia y buena vista. También hay un gato, muy lindo.

UUsuario invitadoEsta fue mi segunda visita a Ürümqi y, ¿qué puedo decir?, nunca deja de impresionarme. El hotel parecía nuevo y tenía un ambiente genial.
Me recibió un amable equipo que se esmeró en hacer de mi estancia una experiencia inolvidable.
Las comodidades son increíbles: un pequeño gimnasio, lavadoras y secadoras, y un vestíbulo muy acogedor y equipado. También había una cafetera y abundantes bebidas.
La habitación era espectacular y todo estaba impecable. Los sistemas de calefacción y aire acondicionado funcionaban a la perfección y el baño era amplio. La insonorización también era excelente; no me molestaron los portazos ni los vecinos.
El servicio de limpieza y reposición diario fue puntual y, la verdad, no tengo ninguna queja. Muchas gracias al personal por su amable y atento servicio, que es la esencia de la hospitalidad.
El desayuno buffet fue delicioso y abundante, con una gran variedad de platos y comidas locales, frutas y postres. Este hotel cumplió con mis expectativas y me sorprendió muchísimo. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté en la ciudad. Xie xie

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.
The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day and helped me fuel up for my activities.
The hotel's location near Urumqi Railway Station was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like myself. It made it easy to explore the city or catch a train to further destinations. The surrounding area had a variety of dining options and shops, adding to the convenience of the location.
To top it off, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols during my stay reassured me of their dedication to guest well-being, especially during these challenging times.

KKevan KeeganAlthough from outside the hotel does not present an attractive face, the room was very nice and the very plain small lobby very friendly and efficient.
Hotel location is however excellent being less than ten minutes from metro station and one stop from Grand Bazaar, where there is so much to see, do and eat. I went there every night!
Unfortunately the metro does not yet go to the main Urumqi fast train station (I arrived from Turpan) even though station signs point to the metro station it is not yet open. It was though very easy to reach the airport by metro in 45 minutes.
I found that the best way to get to the excellent Xinjiang Museum is to take metro four stops to Nanhu Square, and after enjoying Nanhu Lake Park, get a taxi / Didi to the Museum. It takes 15 minutes and costs about ¥20/25. The museum is free and I did not need to queue or pre-book for a ticket.
There is no power switch inside the door where usually you place your key card. So not clear how to cut off room electricity when leaving unless firmest switch off in more than ten switches around the room!
Bed was very large and comfortable and huge TV had all the channels…once you discover that - among the many light switches on both sides of the bed - there is one labelled TV and without this neither of the two remotes will switch on the TV!
The shower was a little out of date but effective, though the hot water was not really that hot.
The breakfast on the top floor was a really good Chinese buffet although coffee was from a machine and very average. One morning fresh wanton were prepared by a chef.

AAleksei KosiakovОтличная гостиница в центре города. Только называется она Musbox - не удивляйтесь! Кровать удобная, номер довольно большой, в номере есть чайник и чай/кофе, вид из окна неплохой - иногда появлялись горы из-за смога. Завтрак разнообразный, правда исключительно китайский. Цена за проживание отличная!
Есть и минусы - не работает телевизор, ви-фи требует китайский номер телефона для подключения.
Если ещё раз буду в Урумчи - с удовольствием остановлюсь в этой гостинице!
