This is my first time with Atour hotel. And I am very satisfied with the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and comes with basic toiletries. It also comes with free minibar which is replenished daily. The buffet breakfast is delicious and comes with lots of variety. There are lots of eateries just a few steps from the hotel. Transportation is very convenient. 10 minutes taxi to the International Grand Bazaar and Hotan second street. The Urumqi museum and hongshan park are just a taxi ride away. Really enjoyed our stay in Atour. Can conveniently walk,back to hotel for a rest and continue enjoy Urumqi after a refreshing nap. Will now book Atour hotels when in China.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The air-conditioning unit was not working and the room was very hot and stuffy making my sleep very restless and uncomfortable. The breakfast was varied and had sufficient staples of a simple and standard breakfast buffet like eggs, yoghurt, fruit, and some pastries and chinese food to be satisfied. There are lovely bakeries and pastry shops around the hotel that were enjoyable and served fresh bread and delicious cakes. I highly recommend you visit the bakeries outside the hotel. The location is 15 minutes away from the Xinjiang Museum and a 30 minute walk away from the Grand Bazaar area. Along the walk to the grand bazaar, there are nice coffee shops and clothing stores to browse and visit. Not a bad location at all. Friendly desk staff and good service.

Love the hotel esp the service..rendered bybthe reception even though they cant really speak English, they tried their best to help out. I reached the hotel and was surprised the air cond is not available cos it is autumn..It was stuffy as the weather was not really cold that day..i asked if they have a fan..they gave me an air cooler..fantastic. the breakfast is quite decent.

Exceptional service. Very thorough organisation. Every need is taken care of. I even found a cleaner meant for white sneakers in the laundry room. Staff are very kind, polite and obliging. The breakfast service is good too. I would, without any reservations, recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel room in Urumqi.
