Staff attitude ranges from good to rude and very bad. Hotel is so very eager to get rid of dwellers, even though its more than 1 hour from check out time. Housekeeper kept knocking and asking who’s inside even though I had replied I’m inside. Even tried to open the door. Luckily, I latched it. After, I came out of the toilet to open the door, she asked whether I just checked in. I told her I had extended another day and showed her my booking. She said she couldn’t read. No apologies. Even the male reception staff, when asking him questions, he didn’t even bother to answer or look at me, as if I am invisible.
Was deceived into thinking there’s a glass partition, separating the bowl and shower area. After washing all my-clothes found out there’s no drier and outdoor space to dry clothes. So I could not cancel my booking.
Pro is location near railway station.

Staff services were excellent, but management's competent needs improvement. After a hotel staff and I tried to open the door, we determined that the electronic lock of my room failed to open due to low power. The staff called front desk to sent a physical key to open the room. Instead, management sent 2 staff members consecutively with only electronic card keys. As expected both failed to open. Still not sending a physical key, management sent another staff to videoly record the process of unlocking the room with an economic card key. A competent manager would have sent a physical key in the first incident and try to determine why electronic lock failed at the later time. The whole process took more than half hour and almost caused me to miss my train.

Modern furnishings, clinical and clean. Reserved a smaller room, which was large enough for one person. Location main reason for selecting this hotel, since Beizhiu passenger station with buses to Tianchi is literally next door and Urumqi Gaotie is 300m away.

See You Hotel(希柚·SeeYou酒店乌鲁木齐高铁站店 : 207 Urumqi International Rail Transit Bus Terminal, No. 236 North Fifth Road, Shayibake District, Urumqi, Xinjiang, China)은 우루무치 고속철도 북광장 앞에 위치하고 있어 새벽이나 밤늦게 화차를 이용하는 사람들에게 많은 사랑을 받고 있습니다.더구나 가성비도 좋습니다.
하지만 호텔의 입구를 찾아가기가 어렵고 에스컬레이터를 타고 2층으로 올라가야 리셉션이 있고 객실은 또 다시 에스컬레이터를 타고 3층으로 올라가아합니다.체크인을 마치고 객실로 향하는데 때마침 정전이 되어 암흑 천지가 되어 핸드폰 손전등을 켜고 객실을 찾아가야 했습니다.
10여분 후에 전기가 들어왔으나 화재나 비상 상황에 취약한 구조라는 생각이 들었고 창문이 없어 답답함을 느꼈습니다.
객실은 작았지만 청소 상태는 양호하였고 기본적인 어메니티도 잘 갖추어져 있습니다.

服務周到，房間沒得説，乾淨整潔，嘎嘎新，這幾天跑了半個中國，這是第一家住的最舒服的，值得好評，特別推薦，到高鐵站2分鐘，到機場20分鐘，特別是洗澡，好像水不要錢似得，壓力大的嚇人，大床，被子特乾淨。
