The hotel has jumped it treasured stay we have always had with this hotel. The hallways were filthy, freezing cold, and the elevator made you feel like an ice cub in a a freezer! There was so much dirt on the carpet it tracked into the rooms. The maids didn't speak English so you couldn't ask for an extra towel or anything like that and the beds were slapped up made my 5 yr old couldn't have made them better. We are Hilton diamond members, but no longer. If this is how they handle their customers, we are done. Apparently so is everyone else. It was practically empty and it has been always full when we have stayed at this hotel. We used our points and it still cost us money they bogusly charged. Never has that happened. We were very sad it has let go of customer service 100% No one cares there. The last stay one year ago, I had my new weathers stolen out of our suitcase and they did nothing about it. There are better choices nearby and I suggest you consider those.
