Horrible experience dealing with the general manager at this location. If you have the slightest issue with your reservation, do not expect management to work with you to resolve the issue. The front desk staff was not empowered to resolve the issue, Hilton Guest Services was not empowered to resolve the issue and it took over 10 business days (and counting) to receive a return communication from the general manager. I hope it's just this location, but I predict you will have a MUCH better experience with a different hotel group.
