Sleep Inn & Suites Belmont - St. Clairsville

The Sleep Inn in Belmont was exactly what I was looking for ... clean hotel, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast, and an overall enjoyable stay experience! The pool was wonderful as well with a nice patio to sit at and enjoy! Debbie and her team are GREAT!

Our travel group stayed enroute to DC and upon our return trip. Everything was great! Comfortable rooms, nice staff, patio are with fire pit, many breakfast options. They were very efficient with getting our group checked in as well. And the water bottles in room refrigerator was a nice touch too!

We spent 6 nights here--what a fabulous value! The beds were great and the shower heated very quickly and had amazing water pressure! We were able to enjoy the pool and firepit one night during our stay. We had a hot breakfast daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had fresh towels/bath supplies every day. I would not hesitate to book this property again!

This Place is a Hidden Gem me and my family were on our way back from Washington DC and decided to break up the drive home. this place was literally on the GPS on the way home. I thought it was good just for one night so we can rest for the night. We got there late around 9:30PM the Gentleman behind the desk was awesome, very friendly. we were told we had complimentary breakfast included and it was a hot breakfast (bonus) and the Pool was open from 7am. My son was immediately happy (he loves to swim) so he woke us up early in the morning as he wanted to swim. The Breakfast was Amazing just what we needed. and just to put it in perspective I paid $22 per person tin Washington DC for just one day. . The Pool was Clean Rooms were clean Staff where very friendly.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The counter staff was excellent and it was a very quiet stay. Everything seemed very clean and the breakfast was very good! The hotel is right off the highway, and there are restaurants and places to shop near.

Staff ranged from friendly to grumpy. There was excessive noise from unsupervised children slamming doors, running and screaming. Adult screaming at a child and then slamming the door so hard it was jarring. Bed was comfortable but couldn't sleep because of slamming doors and screeching kids. Breakfast was good. Won't be back.

Dead bug parts in various locations. Staff overwhelmed and tasked with responsibilities that are obviously not trained at. Filth everywhere from the exterior entrance way to the 1st room offered, the stained carpeted hallways and the 2nd room offered and turned down. DO NOT get fooled by the high rating on here, we trained to stay here last year and nothing has changed. The ratings have disappeared from 2021 somehow. Yet to find a clean hotel in St Clairsville

Tammy was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeper supervisor needs to be more alert of the do not disturb signs. We had ours on the door (306) till we left at noon on Saturday. When we left, I removed the sign and the housekeeper was straight across the hall. I believe she was in room 305. She never refreshed our room, and we even left a tip in there for her. Shame on your supervisor in housekeeping. Otis was also a wonderful sight. He is so gorgeous.
