Loved Cabin 10 at Robin Hood Village Resort! The location of this quiet and cute place on Hood Canal is great for hiking, fine dining, water fun, and so much more. Immaculate cabin and friendly staff made my two night stay super enjoyable. Seeing four deer at the creek my first night was magical. I hope to go back this year!

My family booked a three-night stay over the 4th of July and were very disappointed with the quality and cleanliness. Had these been advertised as "Rustic Cabins" instead of "Resort Cabins" we would NOT have booked our stay. Here are some specifics to be aware of: 1) The photos are probably from 10+ years ago and the quality and comfort have gone downhill without any reinvestment to improve everything. 2) The internet and TV don't work (at least for us). 3) There are lots of small cracks and openings to the outside, no screens on the windows, so bugs and spiders are all over the inside of the property. 4) The bathroom is dark, dingy, and has a strong mildew smell. 5) All furniture and linens are outdated, scratchy, and worn. 6) The hot tub is a blow-up hot tub. No jets, cheap, basically an inflatable bathtub. 7) There is no customer service or someone to talk to at the property to resolve issues. They have outsourced all contact to a call center that routes back to the property manager and the property manager was not available. If you need something, you are on your own. I hope they will invest to fix some of these issues because the location is really great. If you are traveling with a family, I do not recommend this place unless you are looking for a camping experience similar to staying at a run-down state park facility.

My husband and I booked our stay at the Robin Hood Village Resort based on the Reviews & Photos on TripAdvisor. We were very disappointed. Many of the reviews applauded the Fantastic Restaurant and Pub, the Staff, and the Food. We prepaid for our reservation. To our surprise, upon arrival, we learned there is no longer a restaurant or pub on the premises In fact, my husband even commented that there wasn't even an ice machine, a soda machine, or snack machine. We stayed in Historic Cabin #2. We quickly noted that the lock on the door seemed like it had been tampered with. The interior of the cabin could definitely use updating; particularly the flooring and the very small bathroom. Both the couch and the bed were very uncomfortable. Neither my husband nor I slept well. That being said, the room was clean, the towels were fresh, and the wall A/C was efficient. The stone fireplace and the woodwork on the ceiling above the bed were the few highlights. On a positive note, the grounds were well maintained, and did resemble Sherwood Forest. We enjoyed walking the trail, skipping stones in the creek, and playing Corn Hole. After our first night, of little sleep, I filled out the Questionnaire that was on the table. I decided to take it to the Office. I found a staff member doing laundry, and was going to leave it with her. She directed me to Heather, the manager. We had a 5 minute conversation. I told her that my husband and I were looking for a place by the water where we could return to once or twice a year to just relax and unwind. I specifically told her the bed was very uncomfortable and that we were very disappointed that there was no restaurant or pub on site. And that in fact, this was not what we would consider to be a Resort at all. Heather apologized and said that those facilities had closed during Covid. And then she asked if we were checking out. I told Heather that, "No, we had booked the Cottage for 2 more nights." She seemed surprised, and apologized again. She said that she was going to go to the office and check her books to see if she could move us to one of the other cabins. I told her that we would appreciate that; and would like to check out what else was available. She said that she would look at the books, and then come knock on our door. We never saw or heard from her again for the rest of our 3-Day stay. We will not return, nor recommend Robin Hood Village Resort to our family or friends.

We booked the Robin Hood Lodge for Mother’s Day weekend. Upon arrival we found the cottage clean and ready for our party of 6. We had planned to prepare a big family meal but struggled a bit with the lack of usable cookware. There were 3 basic stove-top pots, but no baking pans, oven-safe casserole dishes, etc. There were also no basic spices, like salt or pepper, so was glad I brought mine. Coffee provided had expired in 2020. Beds were comfortable and linens looked fresh and clean. Bathrooms were supplied with plenty of nicely scented bath products. We were surprised to learn the day before arrival that this property is part of a Tri-Plex. The unit is the top floor of a house with what looks like long term tenets occupying the 2 lower level units…..we didn’t really feel 100% comfortable with that, but it was only 1 night so not a huge deal. Overall we had a nice time. Heather was friendly and helpful with questions. A welcome book would eliminate some of the questions I had to call and ask her. It was a very warm weekend tho and there is no A/C or fans in the unit. At $575/night I think there is room for improvement.

This was a quiet getaway trip given to us by two of our daughters. It was nice and quiet out there. Little too wet and cold to go kayaking but would be great come summer. Took a drive all around to see lovely scenery. We stayed in cabin #1 and it was all ready for us upon arrival. The electric fireplace was on and the room was warm and comfortable. It did not have a stove to cook but Hannah had a kitchen set for us to use with pots and pans and a one burner cook top which worked great. Hot Tub was hot and ready for us to use. The grounds are big and lovely to walk and see the babbling brook running alongside property and trails. I would go again but in the summer. Only disappointment was that their restaurant was still closed. We were there sat sun and checked out Monday.

After driving by this place for years, I finally booked a cabin and it lived to to my hopes. The cabins have clearly been updated recently and everything felt new and in great condition. The grounds were lovely and we especially loved the amenities like benches, swings, and fire pits along the creek. Also, the private hot tub under the fairy lights was perfect. Highly recommend this sweet little spot!
