"Had a wonderful 2 night stay. The hotel has a traditional feel with a lovely sunny lounge to relax in comfy chairs and read book or have a drink. The bar is always open, the staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are what some would call old fashioned but they are spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. We ate dinner in the restaurant on both evenings and the food was excellent. Big portions and well prepared. There is parking to the rear of the property close to the rooms. Excellent value for money. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed two nights here. The rooms are great, clean and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Perhaps the only small consideration is that the walls between the rooms are not great for keeping sound out. If your neighours are noisy you will be disturbed."
