Thank you everyone at this hotel. My wife and I stayed here in February 2024 for 5 nights as part of a trip to Sweden. I booked it directly with the hotel based on location and the write up, as well as reviews here on Tripadvisor. What a treat. We had booked a suite on the highest floor and as far away from lifts as possible and this is exactly what we got. We had double aspect room overlooking the frozen river. The suite was spotlessly clean, with a really comfortable separate sitting room, a good sized bedroom with what seemed like a super king size bed and quite possibly the biggest bathroom we've ever had in any hotel, with a walk in shower and an enormous bath. Breakfast was buffet style with a really varied selection of hot and cold breakfast foods. The evening meal was a buffet, again with a good choice of hot and cold dishes. All of the food was very well presented and super tasty. This is hotel is a rare find. It is part of a chain of hotels, but this felt anything but that. It's in a perfect location for shopping, the city centre, the theatre, the bus depot and train station etc, they are all easily walkable. It has a basement car park to put a rental car in as well. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. The front desk staff were super helpful as soon as we arrived and were so friendly and welcoming. They all indulged my basic swedish and helped me to improve it. Once again, thank you all for a truly wonderful stay.

Stayed with wife,2 small kids christmas day. Well welcomed at arrival -checked in seamlessly with the great staff at the reception. Was offered coffe/tea/gluewine in the afternoon with bisquites and sweets. Room was very clean, all amneties in place and very quite room. All was really top based on the average price. But the best was the dinner included , porcshops-muschroom sauce and potatoes, with rostbeef good bread and manu different sallads included. Only thing we missed out on was the sauna and spa-room. That we shall try on our next stay. We be back for sure !

Our room was small but well furnished. The staff at the reception was very nice. The breakfast was ok. Dinner, on the other hand, was worse than usual in Clarion Collection hotels, choice and quality. The fika coffee hour was a bit problematic: one (!) waffle machine and 15 guests who want to bake waffles, that's not possible. A baking time of 5 minutes means that you only get a waffle after a long wait.

The two main reasons for booking was that the pool was child friendly and that the dog was allowed. Getting there, we learnt that children are not allowed in the pool after 1600 and that we could not go the terrace with the dog. It is a brand new hotel which opened last year. Personnel is very friendly.

Superbe hôtel en plein coeur de la ville. Calme, charmant, chambres très spacieuses, chaleureuses et confortables. Superbe accueil, j'insiste sur l'accueil et sur le personnel en général, chapeau, c'est un plaisir de voir des gens investis et impliqués dans leur travail, félicitations. Dîner et petit déjeuner compris ,dans le tarif. Buffet de salades et buffet chaud pour le dîner, excellent rapport qualité / prix. Le serveur nous a recommandé une bière locale qui était excellente, au top. Petit déjeuner tout aussi complet et variés, un vrai régal, étonnant rapport / qualité / prix.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage und freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Nachtessen war überraschend für uns inbegriffen und hat gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend gross und die Betten bequem.
