It’s in a good location and overall it meets my expectations of what a 5 star hotel should be. Room is big enough and has a good view. Finally, loads of options for breakfast. Definitely, it’s the hotel I would stay in whenever I plan to visit Mongolia again.

The standards of this hotel was not befitting of Novotel chain. There was no TV guide & electrical chargers were not set up properly & we had to shift the locations to charge my devices. Room was spacious & quiet expect for several tour groups designated on the same floor as ours which resulted unpeaceful nights. Service quality was acceptable but the management should seriously looked into quality & service standards of this hotel.

４ Me he quedado por primera vez en el año, estoy feliz de que haya agua muy profunda, hay un montón de agua caliente y la habitación es muy limpia. El personal es muy amable y respondió a las exigencias del centro de tratamiento de agua y del desayuno. Creo que el desayuno es menos que antes, pero es suficiente. Cuando se retiró, era la mañana, dependiendo del tiempo de vuelo, pero preparamos un desayuno. Pero, tal vez no pueda contactar con él, le pedí café de hierro, yo bebí yo y así sucesivamente, y él se apresuró a prepararlo. En general, es una casa agradable, que depende de la tarifa de la vivienda, pero quiero quedarme otra vez porque está cerca de su destino.

El Holiday Inn está situado a una distancia de paseo al centro de la ciudad y a muchos museos. El hotel es bastante nuevo y tiene una gran gimnasia con todo el equipo que necesita. Wifi es bueno si puede conectarse , desgraciadamente he experimentado numerosas veces el nombre de usuario y contraseña no conectarse correctamente y necesita correr abajo al escritorio frontal para asistencia

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

Good side: Location is the best, is just opposite of the sukhbaatar square. Near shopping malls. Staffs are helpful and nice. Bathroom and toilet space is huge. There is a separate for shower and bath tub. Downside: - hotel rooms looks old, got yellow marks or mould marks on the surface of the ceiling, quite weird as the room is non-smoking room. Also got yellow marks on the toilet bowl 😭 - the electric outlet for phone charging on the headboard is not working well. When I reported this to hotel staff, they provider me with an extension cord 😓 - curtains and blinders seems dusty and old.
