Muy bueno hotel! Hay todo para una estancia cómoda. Muy bueno ubicación y servicio. Fuimos ofrecidos con un taxi a la estación de tren y también con desayuno, a pesar de que nos demos cuenta muy temprano. Podemos recomendar este hotel a todos los que planean visitar Ulaanbaatar.

El hotel es agradable y ofrece un servicio razonable por su precio. El desayuno ha mejorado mucho hasta el año pasado! La mayoría de las habitaciones están decoradas muy individualmente! Nice!

La seguridad no funcionó, pero se fijó, las lámparas no funcionaban en los stands nocturnos, pero no lo necesito. Olvidando el lugar de construcción. El botón de ducha no pudo cambiar, pero cuando alguien ayudó fue una gran ducha, La ubicación no es tan hermosa, pero tiene una buena sauna, una pequeña piscina y una buena gimnasia.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Nine in UB. The location can't be beat. It's right next to Sukhbaatar Square, a number of museums, and tons of restaurants. The room was clean and well-provisioned and the staff was very friendly, as usual. Don't miss breakfast, which had a number of vegetarian options and coffee!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very good service, comfortable and clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast, and a renovated bathhouse have made my stay pleasant. The hotel has 3 restaurants (Mongolian and European, Japanese, and Chinese), a lounge that stays open until 2 am, and a cafe in the lobby. Business lunch set at the Japanese restaurant was a great deal and it was delicious.

Después de tres días, no hay nadie en la habitación para limpiar.
Elogios al personal de servicio de la recepción, ayudará a llamar al coche, hay una tienda de café abajo es muy conveniente. A la izquierda hay un supermercado, hay una pequeña tienda a la derecha para comer y cobrar dinero.

La habitación es muy limpia, la cama es grande y cómoda, hay un pequeño nevera en la habitación, viviendo dos días y todos los días vienen los camareros para limpiar la higiene, porque no vamos a ser mal hablados, la hermana de la recepción se comunica con nosotros todo el tiempo en inglés, la experiencia es excelente 👍🏻

Amigo y limpio. El refrigerador no es muy limpio, pero funciona bien. Llegué antes de las 2 horas por razones personales, pero pude comprobarlo antes. Es lo suficientemente cerca para caminar a los museos y galerías de arte cercanos. No hay ascensor, pero usted llevará su equipaje cuando se inicie y se vaya.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent location in that it was near a lot of restaurants and stores. The rooms and bathroom were very clean! Shower stalls were very spacious! Owners were very kind and nice! I like how they serve us breakfast every morning. I also like how they had a kitchen for me to use if I had to cook my own food! Lot of tourist brochures to look at for someone who is interested in taking a city tour of Ulan Bator. They also had a treadmill to exercise, tv to watch, and a guitar to play, chairs and couches to sit if a guest needed it to. Will be more than happy to stay at this hotel again if I ever comeback to Ulan Bator!

CCaptain KenZaya is an excellent place to stay in Ulaanbaatar! The facilities are complete (including a fully equipped kitchen), modern, clean, quiet. Everything is maintained and functions well (hot water, heating, lights, etc.) The owners are helpful and friendly. The location is great - walking distance to many museums and other city sights, as well as markets, stores and restaurants.
The Trip location map is accurate, and once getting to the building, you need to find the access door to the 3rd floor (where the Zaya office is located), which is to the right and the back of ”Urban Beats” (see my photos). Also, the entrance has an electronic lock requiring a code or key to enter (as does the entrance door on the 3rd floor). If you did not get the entrance instructions by email (we did not), you should contact the owner via the number provided by Trip. This is also the owner's WhatsApp number.
We enjoyed our time at Zaya and intend to stay again after our foray into the Mongolian outback.
We highly recommend Zaya Hostel.

AAlexandre L.This hotel offers international standards just outside of the city center which is in fact very convenient because you don’t get stuck in the traffic every time. 5 years ago, international hotels were concentrated downtown as I can recall.
The hotel is quite new, so everything is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Easy to go shopping nearby.

JJenVSThe hotel looked like the photos and breakfast was good. The restaurant waitstaff was attentive and polite. The location was ok too.
My issue was that I booked this hotel specifically because it had a/c. But my room’s a/c was broken for my entire 5 night stay. No one seemed to care or understand why this was a problem. Each hotel employee told me a different reason for the broken a/c. No one tried to fix it though.
I was very upset about the lack of a/c. I could’ve stayed at a hotel without a/c for half the price! This is not what I expect from an international brand.

UUsuario anónimoLa ubicación es muy buena y el transporte es conveniente. Hay un restaurante chino en el tercer piso y la comida y las raciones son muy buenas. La temperatura del aire acondicionado es demasiado alta y, combinado con el clima local, la habitación está muy seca. Todos los hoteles y servicios de cadena se implementan según los estándares de estrellas.

RRafael OsorioThe Blue Sky hotel is an outstanding but very affordable hotel located in Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. You can stay two or three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel.
It is a typical city hotel, not bad for the price. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo and soap.
The hotel has a spa and indoor swimming pool and the views from the rooms are amazing. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance.

YypossumThis hotel has everything! There is any and every facility you could want and more you wouldn't even think of in the hotel. There is enough that you could spend your whole trip there. Everyone at the hotel is super nice, helpful, and proactive to make sure you have the best stay there. It is centrally located in Ulaanbaatar so you are close to the main things in the city and surrounded by all types of resources you could need. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are very nice and clean!! 10/10, would highly recommend it if you are traveling to Ulaanbaatar - you will have a great time and a comfortable stay.

DDeborahI usually hold off before posting these things but I'm hot and irritable so here it is and you can sort through it if you want to know details.
The air conditioner was broken in my room and he seemed to be saying that in all the rooms they were broken in some way. Either blowing air but it wasn't cold or cold but hardly blowing and besides he couldn't change my room. So while I'm doing the review, you can't get hot water in the shower. It gets briefly almost there and then cools. So no way to take a long shower or a hot bath. There is a lamp but it's unplugged. Because there is only two outlets next to each other in one place. When I unplugged The TV etc and plugged in the cute lamp it turned out the lamp flashes briefly and then doesn't work. The bulb? Oh, and then Wi-Fi stopped working and said it was start again when network quality improved. And someone had made noodles in the hot pot and it was partially scrubbed but not completely so my tea (not provided) tasted faintly of chicken soup. Other than Wi-Fi, hot water (drinking and bath) and air conditioning it was quaint and nice. Bathrobes and monogram towels. A down duvet in down pillows. In the mattress you can kind of feel the springs but they seem to have the same mattress everywhere from the hotels down to hostels so I don't know that good ones are available. And everything was clean including the carpet but did smell a little of smoke. So it's kind of like a four-star hotel and in some ways the same as a cheap guest house. And inexpensive by American standards. So even though it costs double or more then the guest houses it still cost less than a Motel 6. The best thing is you can walk to the Palace of the Dohg Khan, restaurants, grocery stores, etc and it is a place where, as my cab driver ”people in Ulaabatar live, not a tourist place”. And easy to get to because you don't have to fully enter city traffic. And I had a lively view of the real life going on from my seventh story window.

La lista dice que es un viaje de 6 minutos del aeropuerto de Chinggis Khan, pero en realidad es un viaje de 30 minutos. El hotel está en una zona de 2 km, donde el hotel está en una zona de 2 km. He e-mailado la propiedad dos veces durante la semana que llevó a nuestra estancia para preguntar por desactivar el servicio y nunca tuve una respuesta. También, hay una falta de comunicación entre el personal- Cuando llegamos a la propiedad tuvimos que llamar 3 veces antes de que finalmente nos vieran para conseguir nuestros bolsillos, entonces hubo confusión sobre qué habitación teníamos que llegar y nos llevaron a La segunda que ya habíamos asentado y tenía ducha antes de que llegaran y nos dijeron que era la habitación equivocada. No teníamos un coche, así que caminamos por la zona para encontrar comida y no había pocos restaurantes, y sólo unos pocos mercados muy pequeños, así que terminamos teniendo que ordenar comida del restaurante de la propiedad. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 habitaciones, pero no en una zona de 3 habitaciones. Afortunadamente, nuestra habitación final fue la mejor, pero había una cocina con cocinas, pantalones, cocina de arroz, tope, plata, pero sin plata, sin microondas, y sin refrigerador. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena.
En general, fue un estancia barata pero se le da lo que paga.
