I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Due to an issue during the booking process, the same guest (myself) ended up with two bookings for the same dates. They were completely uncooperative when I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a cancellation for one of the bookings. Instead of trying to understand the issue or offering a solution, the staff was rude and dismissive. They made no effort to show empathy or flexibility, even though it was clear that the duplicate booking was a mistake. Their attitude was unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation much worse. This lack of basic customer service and understanding is unacceptable for any business, let alone a hotel where guest satisfaction should be a priority. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel and look elsewhere for accommodation
