To be very honest...in ujjain city one of the closest hotel near Mahabaleshwar Jyotirlinga in budget. The location is amazing and yes the staff is cooperative and ready to serve you on any time. They have there own travel desk which is very helpful

Hotel Imperial grand ...the very good hotel in ujjain It's on prime location which is very near to the temple and local market and railway station too.. The hotel rooms are very neat and clean. The front lobby is very beautiful Food is also good

Ujjain...the holy city where imperial hotel is the best hotel in ujjain The location and the view is amazing The staff is very much cooperative and they all are ready to give service The food is also good The housekeeping staff and fronk office desk is very supportive.

The hotel had good amenities. But the service, both at the hotel and the restaurant is a big let down. 1. We wanted Jain food. The server assured the same, but the food came in with onions. The food itself took 40 mins to come in. And he argued that the max time is always 25 mins only. 2. You will be asked to stay in the room for the room service. It won’t be done without the guest presence. Looks like they recruited a bunch of thieves to do the service. I lost my slippers that I had placed in the corridor. The paste was taken off too. 3. The house keeping does not replace towels or coffee/tea powder if not asked. We didn’t stay much in the room, visiting temples. But for the shorter time we stayed , the service is pathetic.

Hotel imperial is the best option to stay I really like the stay and specially the room The hospitality is fast and yes the food is also good It's close to the temple and railway station too They also have there travel desk which is helping Thank you

I will not recommend to book the hotel for marriage functions. They force to avail catering and service catering from their favourite vendors. Their vendors charge double amount of market rates. There must be vested interest of the hotel in it. At the time of final payment you will bke shocked when hidden charges are demanded like cleaning charges of kitchen Rs 15000.00, refrigerator charges Rs 3000.00 whether you used or not. The behaviour of the dealing guy is very rude. There was good reputation of the hotel earlier which is now being deteriorated.

Location is good near to all temples Staff is warm and food is good Overall a nice stay. Excellent park for relaxing.cleaniness is good .. highly recommended compared to other options in Ujjain provides a luxury hotel experience at a reasonable cost
