Location, amenities and room were excellent. However food quality needs to be improved. The staff was courteous and guided us well

Excellent service and stay at Ujjaini, rooms are well maintained and clean, toilet is also clean. Breakfast options are limited, but as it is a pure veg restaurant, so food options are good for vegetarian. Front desk is good so check in & check out is smooth.

The place is typical sarkari - poor customer focus and pathetic mgmt. The hotel is dirty and staff highly inefficient and ill mannered. They did not put any water in the room. Only after multiple following and requests they finally placed the bottles as entitled and then at checkout they tried to charge it as extra water bottle. Only after a lot of argument said ok we will give it as complimentary!!! Even when I paid the full room charges in advance!!! Will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone rather avoid it!!!

had to change the room in middle of the night coz of Air conditioner was not working. huge leakage of water from AC. staff was good and cooperative. professional front desk staff.

In hotel MPT Ujjain,Room no.210 is very good and spacious. Staff are very cordial. Food taste is just normal. Curd rice was very sour. Location is convenient to Railway station. I will definitely stay here only if I visit Ujjain again. Thx MMT.
