«Nice locations, few meters away from the Nong Prajak lake. Staff is friendly and can help organise trips to famous Udon’s landmarks. Room is basic but very clean. Rooftop has a really good view to the lake. This could be better used but the hotel for evening and morning use.»

You got to put the sign to indicate. Other hotels, it’s the other way round. Room is aesthetically-pleasing. But I wouldn’t come again.»

JJudy CCI stayed at Vela Dhi Udon Thani, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is spacious, exceptionally clean, and located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient.
The staff were amazing—polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. The hotel offers great facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and a well-equipped fitness center. Everything was well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
If you’re looking for a high-quality hotel in Udon Thani with great service and amenities, Vela Dhi is definitely a great choice!

DDanBFThis is our second stay and we have always enjoyed it. Snack stands and UD Town food court, wet market etc are close by and easy get around w Grab transport. Only few things was the floor in the shower was on a level w ouside the water seeps out to the bathroom floor when taking a shower. The main door to our room has a gap at tthe bottom that you can actually slip a notebook under it. So we needed cover w towel keep noise out. Breakfast was was good as always and bar drinks as well. Pool also good. We definitely will come back. Staff helpful and friendly.

MMemoirs of blueAmazing stay just in the same building as central plaza udon. The night market and UD town are close by. All the staff are very friendly. There is also a free welcome drink which can be redeemed at the bar counter. Would love to stay here again

PPimodismimigirlI stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the location to be very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the bus terminal and Central shopping mall, which made getting around super easy. The hotel also has good parking space, which is a plus for those traveling by car.
The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few downsides. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a hassle. The amenities provided were very minimal — just two bottles of water and two small bars of soap. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.
One thing to note is that when you check in, you need to leave a 100 baht cash deposit for the key. You’ll get it back when you check out, but it’s something to keep in mind.
The staff didn’t seem to speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly, which made communication a little difficult.
Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of basic amenities and service left something to be desired.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent location. Across the street from 7-11 and short walk to Central mall. Rooms are nice but a bit small. Pool is on the rooftop and is nice but also a little small. Luckily it was never in use. Rooftop bar has amazing cocktails, you get vouchers for a free fruit drink, vouchers for breakfast as well. The breakfast was okay to poor but glad it was included.

CChon.POverall, the hotel is good, and the air conditioning is cool. I am a B2 customer and have stayed at the Udon branch before. However, the cabinets and furniture are quite old, which causes a musty wood smell and a metallic odor.

AAFrankEste es un hotel muy bonito. El precio es increíble. La ducha era tan poderosa. Me encantó. La habitación era limpia, la matrícula era suave. Me quedaría definitivamente aquí otra vez. Uno de los comentarios es que el lobby era un poco confuso. Pero no pasas tiempo en el lobby.  Creo que esto fue una gran cantidad.
