Location is good rooftop is like you are on the top i like this place but terrace view and sunset from terrace is the main usp of this place .they have big space for parking only one problem at night light issue out side the hotel otherwise perfect location perfect staff.

Fisrt of all the staaf and thhe owner bharat very polite and welcoming .room is very good clean and traditional painting on the stairs is very beautiful.location is very good .nearby city. Palace and bagor ki haveli and pichola lake if you are budget travelers this property for you.

bathrrom and room clean i booked small room ac room is small but very good very safe for girl solo traveller staff is good wifi speed is very fast all place is nearby if you are coming with car so please dont come its very narrow road but they have very big parking space

Terrace of this BnB is just wow.... Room is clean staff is very friendly owner is very humble Mr Bharat location is nearby City palace or pichola lake which is very famous lake is just 20 metre away or you can see from terrace also

Everything was perfect from the start. I reserved 5 days before arriving, and Bharat, the owner, immediately got in contact with me to facilitate my arrival. The building is well-mantained, as well as the room, which is also clean and bed confortable, with a/c (new equipment) and fan. In the night it is quiet. Neighborhood is safe and so close to all main attractions. Hot water worked perfectly. The rooftop (so common in Udaipur where there are as many as in Istanbul) was high and had a great view to the Lake Pichola and city Palace. And Bharat was a 10, as his place itself. Always eager to help. He facilitated me booking air tickets though a friend of him, tool me to have dinner to his cousin’s place, 3 mins. walk to hotel, and gave me tips and recommendations about the city. But more than all, he is a great guy. I 100% recommend this place, for far the best I’ve stayed in India and probably some of the best Guesthouses of my more than 40 countries lifetime trips.

Staff is polite all the tourist attractions is walkin distance you can use the kitchen if you need they have also bike on rent facilities also they provide me taxi for Ranakpur and kumbhalgarh visit .
