Hotel Arunoday Palace

We booked our two days stay at Tripli Hotels Arunoday Palace, Gulab Bagh. Since our train arrived early at 7, we requested an early check in and we were asked to pay 500, which we agreed and our ordeal began. However, when we reached hotel, the lights were off and nobody was at reception, despite informing Mr. Chirag beforehand, who did not pick our calls in the morning. Anyway, after 30min we got the room. The room was spacious however not of good quality. Below points we noted: 1) Dirty towels 2) Worse quality shower gel and shampoo 3) No dental kit 4) Cockroach in room 5) Pathetic foot mat at washroom door 6) No door bolt provided on the inside of door. 7) Suspicious empty bulb holder, for hidden camera 8) No tissue in room or washroom Any on the last day, when we ordered the breakfast on 10:25 am, we were denied breakfast and was rather asked to leave the room asap, rudely by Staff In all, it was worst stay of my life till now, zero hospitality, rude staff, dirty rooms.
