เป็นโรงแรมราคาถูก คนพักเยอะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีเท่าที่จำเป็น ห้องที่ได้พักไม่มีกาต้มน้ำ แต่ขอได้ ทีวีพังขอเปลี่ยนห้องได้ พนักงานบริการเปลี่ยน หาให้อย่างรวดเร็ว แอร์เย็น เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้ได้
ข้อดี : ที่ตั้งโรงแรมตั้งอบู่ใกล้ ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ตลาด หาของกินง่าย ติดถนนใหญ่
ข้อเสีย : ห้องปลอดบุหรี่ ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในห้อง แต่ทางโรงแรมจัดสถานที่สำหรับสูบบุหรี่ไว้ที่โถงทางเดิน กลิ่นเหม็นเข้าห้องแขกคนอื่นๆ ควรจัดไว้นอกที่พัก ห่างจาก เด็ก คนท้อง ผู้สูงอายุ รบกวนการพักผ่อนมาก ห้องไม่กันกลิ่น ไม่เก็บเสียง
