This rental is centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants in the heart of Tybee Island! Leave your car in the covered parking deck and enjoy the town on foot. Our condo overlooks the beautiful property's back pool and is just steps to the beach! This property has a total of two pools and a hot tub to enjoy. The downstairs storage closet has enough space to store all of your beach gear for easy access. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Only 2 vehicles allowed in the parking garage. All others will need to utilize public parking off of the property..Do not open any windows unless in the event of a fire and evacuation point is needed.,Report all damages or concerns immediately.
