Habitación asignada en planta baja. Además de los peatones, muchas personas pasaban caminando y los automóviles pasaban, muy ruidosos. Gota de agua de la lámpara del techo del baño al bañarse. Terrible y temeroso de recibir una descarga eléctrica. Aunque reservé 3 noches, renuncié después de pasar una noche allí. Muy mala experiencia.

I recently stayed at Travelodge Twickenham and had a great experience. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from the Twickenham train station and close to Twickenham Stadium, making it ideal for anyone attending events or exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a short stay. It had everything I needed, including a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The noise levels were minimal, which was a pleasant surprise given the central location. What really stood out was the excellent customer service, especially from a staff member named Venky. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Venky’s professionalism and helpful attitude made the check-in process smooth and added a personal touch to my visit. He was always available to answer questions and assist with anything I needed, which made a big difference. While the hotel is budget-friendly, the service felt premium, thanks to staff like Venky. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn’t very strong, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I’d recommend Travelodge Twickenham for its great location, clean rooms, and excellent service. I’d happily stay here again.

logged in my Travelodge account online. It is impossible to get to the payment page to complete a booking. Page is on permanent buffering non stop. Tried on 2 laptops and smartphone, 3 browsers, nothing is blocked in my settings. Only way to go forward to payment page is to book outside of my Travelodge account, so no point having an account. This is the third time this has happened in my 3 attempts to use the website, in September, October 2024, January 2025. So no record is kept of my room bookings and loyalty. I wasted 6 hours trying to do a simple booking online. Also phone number for hotel is not answering, and is different on the booking confirmation.

As I arrived late in the evening and was off by 11am the next morning, I didn’t have the opportunity to use the dining facilities but my room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower and plenty of hot water. I was very happy with the 12 noon check out, as it was late by the time my head hit the pillow and I didn’t feel I had a rushed departure.

Lovely location. Good bar choices. Accessibility is amazing the acessible rooms and hotel are fully accessible. The area is quite accessible as well. Pet friendly with a 20 fee per booking. Kind, helpful and efficient staff. Clean rooms.
