Приехала вечерним поездом в 23:45. Дверь в отель была закрыта. Минуту стояла искала звонок и недоумевала, как такое может быть. То есть гостя, с оплаченным заранее номером никто не ждёт. Стала громко стучать в двери - вышла сонная девушка с ресепшена. В лобби этот сотрудник уже расположился спать - одеяло и подушка лежали без стеснения лежали на диванчике. Номер: - жара, духота. Батареи закрыты экраном, не убавить, не отключить. Пришлось открыть окно на полную катушку. - ковролин на полу, ну это привет из начала 2000х, при этом одноразовых тапок нет. Берите свои) - в номере присутствует постоянный методичный звук, как-будто капает вода или тихий метроном. Звук идёт от наружной стены, то учащается, то урежается. Звук и при открытом и при закрытом окне. Пыточная))) Я пыталась найти источник звука - но тщетно. Возможно это кондиционер и с него капает вода - хз, но это невыносимо ))) ночью спасли беруши, утром уже болит голова и этот звук дико раздражает. И да, я не псих) Переночевать можно и на этом все)

Обычный неплохой отель. Но некоторые вещи вызвали легкое удивление. Что именно? - ничего общего с заявленной вывеской бутик-отель; - никакой лояльности для постояльцев при посещении СПА-зоны. Нет ни бесплатного утреннего посещения, ни скидок для проживающих; - неожиданно для 4 (и даже для 3***) слабый, но все-таки шведский стол; - при наличии халатов и тапочек в номере, а также кнопки экстренного вызова (!) в санузле, в нем НЕТ индивидуальных мыльно-рыльных принадлежностей. В отсутствии зубных счеток, бритв, зубной пасты можете удостовериться сами. Для меня халаты и бритвы в отеле - не главное. Но то что нет пакетиков с мылом и шампунем несколько озадачило - пришлось просить у горничной. А так они только в дозаторах (!). - отсутствие даже приветственной бутылки 0,5 с водой. Только то, что в платном мини-баре. Было бы несправедливо не указать те плюсы, которые нас не обошли стороной: - возможность курить на каждом этаже дают выходы на площадки пожарной лестницы; - хочется сказать отдельное спасибо работникам рецепции. Была возможность - быстро подготовили номер, оформили нас и бесплатно заселили примерно в 12.00. Что еще? + и - это бесплатная неогороженная парковка под камерами перед входом. В остальном - все как всегда. Чисто, уютно, тихо. Но не более. Мои выводы: - ценителям 4к и 5к здесь делать нечего; - вполне может подойти и понравиться подготовленным или непритязательным постояльцам.

Проживание в отеле с 4.01.23 по 6.01.23 В отеле чисто. Уютно. Но... Что-то надо делать с батареями. Стук в них продолжался всю ночь все 2 дня. Это просто китайская пытка так спать. Да я и не спала. Измучалась вся от этого стука. Потом стала читать отзывы. Многие жалуются на посторонние шумы. Я подошла на ресепшен, сказала об этом. Но мне девушка сказала, что проблема в батареях, и ничего сделать нельзя! И что она понимает,о чем речь. Но это же ужасно. По поводу питания. Все замечательно. Но... Официант,если ему не сказать, в пустующие емкости еду не доносит. Почему? Он что не видит, что творога нет - надо напомнить, что лежит 3 кусочка помидора - надо сказать... Что вода горячая кончилась в термопоте. Что нет вилок. Неклиентоориентированность. Хороший спа комплекс в отеле.
