Turunc Resort Hotel

My recent stay, from July 22nd for 10 nights, was a complete nightmare and a blatant misrepresentation of what was advertised. I booked and paid £3700 for what I believed was a stay at the beach hotel, intending a relaxing holiday with my 10-year-old daughter. Upon arrival, we were shockingly directed to a completely different, low-level hote. The room provided was extremely basic and bore no resemblance to the quality or amenities shown in the original advertisement for the hotel I paid for. Had I known this was the actual accommodation, I never would have considered booking it, especially not for the price paid. The disappointment continued with the beach access. The 'beach' was entirely unusable – it was full of stones with no sand, making it impossible to swim or even walk comfortably. Furthermore, despite booking an 'all-inclusive' package, sunbeds on the beach were not included, which is unacceptable and an additional hidden cost for a beach holiday. This experience significantly impacted our family holiday, turning what should have been a relaxing trip into a stressful ordeal. This was not what I paid for, and the discrepancy between the advertised property and the one provided is shocking. I strongly advise other travelers to be extremely cautious and verify their bookings if considering this property or booking through the same channel. This feels like a scam, and it's unacceptable to pay for one standard of accommodation and receive something vastly inferior."

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. So relaxing and the amenities are brilliant. Food in the hotel is great and the staff in and around the hotel are fabulous. Entertainment team here work so hard and get guests involved with activities. Special shout out to Beyzza (girl with blue hair) and her brother in law and husband are also great. Honestly they all work so hard and are always smiling. Can’t wait to return here
