We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Long Beach Harmony hotel in Alanya, and overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's friendly atmosphere and beautiful surroundings captivated us. The staff, including Feyeme from reception and Irina from Guest Relations, were exceptional in their hospitality, making our stay all the more memorable. One aspect that particularly stood out was the quality and variety of the food provided at the hotel. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal, as the dishes were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared. The culinary team truly went above and beyond to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The hotel's territory was immaculately maintained, allowing us to relax and unwind amidst its picturesque beauty. The lush greenery, sparkling pools, and stunning beachfront provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful vacation. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's services exceeded our expectations. Our room was consistently clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. In fact, the cleaning staff did such a fantastic job that we even went out of our way to find the person responsible to show our appreciation, despite forgetting to leave a tip in the designated box. However, we did encounter a small issue during our check-out, which left a bit of a sour taste in an otherwise exceptional experience. We had requested a late check-out until 18:00 due to our transfer being scheduled for 8 p.m. Initially, we were offered the option to pay €60 to stay until 16:00. Later, another receptionist assured us that we could stay until 18:00 without any charges, which we were extremely grateful for. In light of this, we left a €40 tip as a gesture of our appreciation. Unfortunately, upon contacting another receptionist named Kristina on the check-out day at 2 p.m., our experience turned unpleasant. She rudely ordered us to immediately vacate the room without any greetings or understanding. Even when we politely explained the previous arrangement, she responded disrespectfully, insisting that we should be grateful for the time spent until 2 p.m. This led to a chaotic and rushed departure, with constant interruptions from hotel personnel, creating unnecessary stress for us and our four-year-old child. Despite this unfortunate incident, we would still highly recommend Long Beach Harmony hotel for its exceptional facilities, delectable cuisine, and attentive staff. We genuinely believe that this incident involving Kristina was an isolated occurrence and not reflective of the overall service provided by the hotel. We stayed in rooms 3438 and 3426 from June 29th to July 6th, 2023, and apart from this unforeseen incident, our time at Long Beach Harmony hotel was filled with wonderful memories.
