Dragut Point North Hotel - All Inclusive

Hotel is clean, very quiet and staff are very polite, but pools are tiny, pool toilets are absolutely awful, the food well that was just appalling has given everyone on my holiday a bad belly both ends. The wardrobe in the room was falling apart and the door actually came off and fell on me. When reported to reception nobody came to fix this. No entertainment for the kids like stated on website when booking. Overall an awful experience amd would advise if you like to eat and not end up ill I would stay somewhere else.

Overall 3/5. Location is superb with its own private beach. Room is very basic but also clean- however the shower would decide the temperature on its own, sometimes freezing and sometimes scalding hot. Staff were friendly. Pool is very small, drink choices are minimal and pool toilets were absolutely vulgar. Supermarket next to the hotel is good. The best thing about this hotel was its location. The food however… I’ve never seen such depressing food choices in my existence. Nothing is labeled, majority is either cold or burnt to a crisp and stale. It’s a total guessing game. If you’re getting all inclusive for the food then steer clear. Activities listed on the website were all at the south hotel, with no invite or information given. Dreadful music played at deafening volume levels throughout the day. Meh experience overall.

This hotel is the dirtiest most run down hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It advertised its sister hotels rooms as its own. The toilet/ shower rooms are crawling with filth and decay. House keeping us non existent and complaints are met with indifference. This was a horrible experience. Pool side also dirty and the poolside toilets can only be described as urine sodden. Please don’t choose this hotel if you select Turgutreis.

The pillow and bedsheets had Staines. There were finger nails on the floor. One of the waiters asked me where I was from I responded London. The waiter made a gesture of someone being hung by the neck and said “the queen is dead” and laughed. Which I found very offensive. The same waiter did not apologise. Very shocking.

Complaint after complaint I’m afraid, from running out of food, knives and forks, agitprop con and lift not working, rooms are the size of a postage stamp, rude staff has to be the worst place my wife and i have experienced, booked it as i saw it on the website and my fault went on reviews and it came up as Dragut South which is 100m away however you don’t have access to that , and it has no gym which it advertises. Only good thing it has its own beach which was nice

From the outside hotel looks fabulous however it has a lot of down points the rooms are clean our particular room the bathroom was small the curtains Have been pulled down at some point and never been put back on the rail and the wardrobe doors are falling of the runners A relatively new hotel that’s disappointing when you go to dine you don’t know what you’re eating the food isn’t labelled you have to look for knives and forks they say that they do an afternoon snack but the food is always cold while we’ve been here there was no wine only beer no spirits other than vodka and no fresh orange juice just apple juice for an all inclusive hotel it has been very disappointing the pool area is okay there’s not enough seating area for the amount of people in the hotel to sit on an evening however there’s no entertainment so people don’t stay to drink at the free bar they end up going to main town which benefits this hotel that’s why they don’t have anything for you to drink and that’s why they don’t have the entertainment so you will go up into the main town to be honest it’s better than the hotel we were originally booked in and I can’t fault the bed is very clean and that’s all I wanted was a clean bed but I will never book here again in fact after 12 years of coming to Turgutres I won’t be coming again after this experience not with this hotel with but with moonlight which we was originally booked in and then having to pay stupid amount of money to stay here while it is a better hotel it is certainly not worth the amount we paid the supposed to stop the food at 10 stop it at nine that’s evening meal supposed to do soup at 11 I’ve never seen them do that that’s the late arrivals as well as for the afternoon snack today was cold chips and cold kebab that’s it oh and a bit of pizza bread and a free glass of beer if you drink beer other people will say they’ve had a fantastic time at this particular hotel maybe because they’re in the supreme suits where the views are absolutely spectacular and the rooms are huge but I’ve been in a lot of budget class hotels in Turgutres over the years And never had a reason to complain I’ve even been in some of the best hotels in Turgutres the top end and again never had to complain but this time so disappointed
