ID verification is required. - Security cameras outside the home for security and liability purposes. - No smoking anywhere inside the house , fireworks, glitter, or confetti. - $500 fine - One well-behaved dog (50 lbs or less) allowed with a $50 pet fee. Crate and house training required. -DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE in the house or leave outside. Must bring your trash to the trash compactor.
