Tuup Jungle

We originally planned on staying at Gorila for 1 month. Upon arrival, the wifi barely worked, even though we had spoken to the owner several times who guaranteed (said we could leave if it was bad) us good wifi. We knew there wouldn’t be air conditioning, but there are no windows so it’s way hotter in the room than outside, like sleeping in an oven. We slept with the front door open so anyone could come inside during the night .... scary. The front door is just a sliding glass window so it didn’t feel safe from the start. There were huge cockroaches in the bathroom. It was also the loudest room I’ve ever slept in. The bed is literally shaking you awake from construction at all hours of the night. We asked to leave and the owners refused to give us any money back. We had the room for 30 DAYS so this was quite annoying. We left and figured we would let our friends stay there (who were coming in 2 days) if they wanted to. 2 days later we come back to the room to find the OWNER BOOKED NEW GUESTS IN OUR ROOM. Mind, we still had keys and told them we were going to use out our stay if we couldn’t get the money back??? They still refused to pay us anything back even though they BOOKED other people in there...... the other people were pretty shocked when we opened the door. The owners of this hotel are just trying to scam you, don’t book this place unless you’re prepared for the absolute worst possible conditions.
