My friend and I booked a hotel room at OYO Hotel Tulsa N Sheridan Rd & Airport on April 15, 2023. I booked this online at **********. I have never been so disappointed in the customer service and the cleanliness and safety of a room as this one. First of all, I was pretty sure I booked a nonsmoking room, but apparently it was smoking. The man at the service desk said I had to pay $20 more for a nonsmoking room. This is nowhere in your policy that I have to pay MORE for a nonsmoking room, but I did anyway. Upon entry to our nonsmoking room, it only took about one second to realize it was a smoking room. There was even an air freshener hanging from the ceiling. In addition, there were live wires hanging out from the wall where a light fixture was hanging off, and this was above the bed. This is extremely dangerous as one of us could have been electrocuted. It is extremely dangerous. Also, I am including pictures of the door jam and the wall. The conditions of these are unsatisfactory. I talked to the desk clerk about these and he did not care. I said he did not know that room was smoking. He was so very rude to me.
