Arrived late at the Tulsa airport. Waited for shuttle which did not come. Called the hotel got a very unfriendly person that told me I should have called earlier. When I pointed out that the best western website does not say anything about certain times for airport shuttles he responded “Okay, I will cancel your reservation” decided to take an Uber, paid $20, arrived at the hotel, the reservation was still in tact. I was given a room, second floor, no elevator as far as possible from the staircase. The WiFi code was handwritten and unclear. After 2 attempts my devise was blocked. After talking to the desk they told me I had to call the provider (Cox) to get me unblocked. So I had to call them using my local Cayman provider charging me roughly 2$ per minute. First attempt the line was cut, second operator I talked to his system crashed third guy got it done. Took about 20 minutes. Jet bath did not work, full continental breakfast was not fresh and only offered a biscuit , no bread. Horrible place, but most important horrible people. The internet code turned out to be SureStay8368 see picture.
