Awesome experience! The staff is amazing. They went out of their way to assist us with our travel plans. The airport shuttle was terrific and the driver was fantastic. He came to us as were lost in the airport garage. The burger at Charley 's is one of the best! Breakfast buffet has omelette's made to order and they didn't give me ”that look” when I asked for egg whites only. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and fresh. The Manager, Owen is wonderful to work with and never too busy to answer a question or help. He arranged for transportation to the cruise terminal for us which helped make our trip a success. Having a hotel that has all of the amenities needed for cruise travel was a huge plus and they definitely deliver!!!!

I stayed at the Element for 56 nights for a work assignment. The staff made what could’ve been a difficult trip easier for me. Not only was my room great for a second home, but the availability of the conference room was perfect for an on-site office for our team of six. Celeste was amazing making sure that I got an appointment at urgent care and had some fluids until I could be seen. Tai and Lynette cheerfulness was a bright spot of my day. Shout out to Zach and Bunni for always making sure my random needs were met. What a joy it was to have the staff invested in our work and cheering us on. My only complaints were how EARLY the garbage trucks arrived. Woke me up every day. And I never did seem to get housekeeping on the right schedule. The communication was poor. I tried to switch one of my refresh days for a clean day because I was in my room the day I was scheduled for cleaning. And that never really happened. However, they were good about coming in and resolving specific issues when requested. I do miss my comfy pillows.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have never been treated so well at a hotel! The consideration and care of the staff for us was way beyond any expectations. We were traveling with my 96 yo father and we requested, on the way to the hotel, about 9:10 am and via online chat, an early check-in. We were in a room by 10:30! Prior to access to the room, they provided a location to store all our luggage. We had a lot of luggage as we were two families traveling together. Shuttles rides are available all day, as long as you are going within 5 miles of the hotel. We were able to go to lunch, go pick up pizza, and get a ride to the airport without stress or waiting. We were late getting to breakfast and the staff provided muffins and fruit so we didn't leave hungry. All this, and the bed was comfortable, too! This is a definite yes location if you are looking for a comfortable and caring place to stay!

I would not recommend this hotel. It is outdated and in need of some maintenance. After the first night I took a shower and could not unlock the bathroom door. I literally had to kick a whole through the door to get out. It was a scary feeling. The shower was slow draining as well, so I’d be standing in 1/2 inch to an inch of water when showering. While nothing happened to my car, I was concerned it may get broken into due to the location. I just cannot recommend the hotel. Management will need to put some money into it to make the hotel more attractive.

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y la habitación está limpia. Si no cierra la puerta, el ruido exterior es muy fuerte. El bloqueo de contraseña en nuestra habitación provisional estaba roto, y solo era posible desbloquearlo a mano en medio de la noche. El desayuno es mucho menos variado que los hoteles de posada general
