"I selected this hotel through my workplace's employee benefits website, Rilo Club, and made my reservation through trip.com. When I checked in, the hotel told me my reservation wasn't complete. I made the reservation properly, and trip.com offered a Diamond member discount, which gave me a discount of just under ¥3,000, and I received a receipt for ¥10,272 on my card payment. However, the hotel said that my reservation was made through Jalan, and only ¥10,000 had been credited.
