White Cottage Bed and Breakfast

Excellent B&B run by Jackie & Rob. Very clean and comfortable. Great choice to choose from for a superb freshly cooked breakfast. Very homely with lovely special touches to make your stay welcoming. I’d certainly recommend White Cottage if you need to stay in the Wolverhampton area.

Jackie and Rob are the best hosts. They make us so welcome every time we visit. White Cottage really is a home from home. The rooms are immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the homemade cake is divine. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and beautifully cooked. We plan our visits around when White Cottage is available as we won't stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.

A classic traditional bed breakfast with all the homely touches missing from hotel chains. The room was comfortable. Friendly helpful hosts. Generous English breakfast to start the day. We stayed there as we wanted to visit David Austin’s gardens. Read good reviews about white cottage and yes, the reviews were right. It is a lovely place to stay. Thank you.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, Jackie and Rob. Lovely cottage. Complimentary home made cake, tea/coffee and wine. My husband and I stayed in the Garden View King Size Room, which was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived to a wonderful and warm welcome from Jackie, we felt almost at home. We were very comfortable, in a lovely setting and with every facility we needed, including 2 pieces of home made Victoria Sponge cake to enjoy with a cuppa! Lovely jubbly! 2 small bottles of red wine were provided, with Jackie offering glasses of cold white wine if preferred - all at no extra cost! A wide variety of ‘specialist’ teas where available too if Yorkshire Tea wasn’t to your taste. The bedroom was very comfortable and the en-suite was fully equipped and the shower great. The breakfast was absolutely superb. Lots of choice and the ‘English’ breakfast perfectly cooked with superb local ingredients, and superbly served by Rob. We didn’t have time to explore the lovely looking garden, or the village but both looked interesting. Can’t remember the last time we stayed at a B&B but this experience surpassed our expectations in every respect. Well done Jackie and Rob - brilliant hosts! 👏👏

Well done to the friendly hosts who supplied a comfortable, warm room. You may or may not enjoy the informal atmosphere of sleeping and eating in someone's house, but as they didn't mind neither should you! Special shout out for breakfast. All too often the small places either skimp on quality, care or both, or charge you too much. None of these were problems. There was a wide choice, all cooked to order (place said order the night before). I went for scrambled egg and smoker salmon, with unlimited cereal/muesli, individual yoghurt and fresh OJ toast and (some) homemade jam which is always a treat. £10 for that.
