I visited in December 2023 as a stopover on the wag to the Alps, and it was good for 1 night. The staff are pleasant, and the rooms were moderately clean. There is a double bed, a sofa bed (much more comfy than expected), a coffee machine with capsules, teabags, milk, sugar, a safe, and an ensuite. There was not much luggage space though, and so I wouldn't recommend coming here with lots of luggage. In some rooms there's a balcony, and the air conditioning/heating is good. There is a boulangerie (recommended) and a food store next door. There's also a pizza restaurant next door. The hotel is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the town centre, which I highly recommend going to in the evenings.

Al hacer la reserva, vi que los niños de 5 años estaban libres, pero aún tenía algunas opiniones cuando llegué a la recepción de la tienda. Después de comunicarme, me registré sin problemas. También agregué una cama adicional gratis, por temor a que una familia de tres no fuera suficiente para vivir. La habitación es grande y el ambiente del pasillo es normal y tiene un olor extraño. El aparcamiento está justo enfrente del hotel y hay aparcamiento gratuito. Hay una tienda de carnes y una pizzería al lado del hotel, que sabe bien. La iglesia de Troyes merece una visita.

The building is located in a renovation area of old mills and industrial heritage buildings. Most of the building is new but part is a conversion. The external entrance is completely unfinished but you don’t need to stay in it.! There is underground parking but used outdoor courtyard space due to the height of the car. The apartment was amazing, hugely spacious, very adaptable heating, included electric blinds as well as curtains. Plentiful towels bath mat et cetera in the shower room. The wet room is suitable for anyone, not romantic but functional. The toilet is rather high so not so good if you’re very short. Reception was very good although other than giving out keys and taking them back again and saying hello and goodbye when going out I didn’t have to have to ask them to do anything special. I didn’t try for breakfast but having put my head round the door of the dining room saw an amazing view over the mill race ( but it didn’t look like breakfast had been plentiful) . Having said that there are loads and loads of restaurants etc within a few minutes walk away. Troyes was a total gobsmacking delight of a place and having only needed to stay for one night I’m determined to go back and stay for several nights and I’m definitely very happy to book the same accommodation again. I can see that the accommodation is shared to some extent with accommodation for seniors however everyone has to stay somewhere and I’m happy to share with people of any age.

Very nice clean hotel that is well situated. Breakfast was a bit of a scramble simply because there was a bus load of tourists overnighting, all having breakfast at the same time. (Noted that they took up the entire dining room the night before). Lovely staff who were very helpful. HOWEVER the parking is a nightmare if you have a tall car… ours is 2.2 m and we got stuck! There is NO signage at all on the car park as to height issues and the hotel do not ask. Fortunately they had a handyman who came and helped us (in our 70’s) to unpack the car and removed the top box, so that we could park, and then again to put it all together again in the morning.

Este hotel tiene todo para el turista - es en una hermosa (pequeña) ciudad con calles históricas, cortinas y plazas. Absolutley increíble. El hotel es increíble - antiguo, histórico, de madera y pisos - todo muy bueno. La única cosa que necesitaba era un refugio. Las habitaciones están fechadas, llevadas y cansadas. Un poco de mantenimiento de la propiedad haría la diferencia. Para el punto de precio, era aceptable.

An excellent modern style hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable with modern style wardrobes offering plenty of storage. Car park is directly opposite the reception, easy to get to, and when we were there had ample, secure parking. Breakfast was buffet style, but had everything we wanted. All this for a very reasonable price too. From a practical viewpoint the hotel is only around 10 minutes walk from the town centre. They even supply a walking map to tour the old town, which we found extremely helpful.
