Ibis Styles Troyes Centre

Clean, modern, quiet and adjoining rooms as we'd asked for. Staff friendly and gave good restaurant recommendation. Close walk to town centre. Parking available (small charge not free as indicated on their website). Nice downstairs area with seating, Pool table, table football, children's games small bar and complimentary hot drinks as no drinks facilities in bedrooms. Breakfast buffet was simple but had had a nice range of continental food items. Local produce (yogurt , cheese, meats, apple juice) used and homemade cakes. Self service freshly squeezed juice (kids love watching the machine squeeze oranges). Self service bean to cup coffee machine.

This was our third stay at one of my favorite Ibis Styles hotels. The car park is over the road and secure with good sized spaces. Breakfast is delicious with the option to eat outside. The rooms are beautiful with plenty of space. It is a short walk into the centre of Troyes but there are also a couple of restaurants a couple of minutes walk away.

Last minute booking as the place we had fell through. The receptionist checking us in was very helpful she’s a treasure. The room was very basic for the price but a good location. Safe parking, decent shower. Air conditioning could be better. Breakfast nice continental with small garden area.

Good: Lovely staff, great parking, great location, comfortable bed. Not so good: Shower has only 1/2 door which makes it difficult not to flood the floor. Air con is difficult to get cold enough. Duvet is far too thick (we just slept under the duvet cover)

We stayed at this hotel as part of a road trip around Europe and we were really pleasantly surprised by the quality, the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. On arrival we were met by lovely welcoming reception staff, and the reception area is bright, clean and welcoming Our room was light and spacious with a really comfortable large bed and fluffy pillows Breakfast was lovely and there was always a member of staff present to top up the buffet as required. It is a short walk to the centre of Troyes, which is a beautiful little city, Thank you to all the staff and management for a really lovely stay, and we would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Troyes We enjoyed it so much, we booked another Ibis Styles in Arras for the next part of our journey

Stayed one night. Nice room, lovely and helpful staff - excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault the place, but only 4 'stars' as I didn't like the shower being open onto the bedroom regardless whether you're with someone you know very well!
