Premier Inn Trowbridge

The worst hotel ever. I stayed there with 2 under 12 kids. My daughter had a competition the next day. She woke up because of the fire alarm crying and so frightened that I couldn’t calm her down!!! And I drove 4 hours and instead of rest we were all exhausted. The fire alarm took place 3 times - at 1:30am, at 5am and again at 6am. I was so angry I came to the reception team and what he told me - you shouldn’t shout. My child is now afraid to sleep in hotels. And we travel a lot due to competitions. And now she is constantly stressed.

The room was clean and tidy the air con worked. The food was good and as my wife has a fish allergy the staff looked after her needs during our stay. Bringing her food separately to our table and utilises at breakfast and dinner. We stayed for 3 nights

Our stay was very straightforward, from booking, check in, stay and check out. Breakfast, as always, was very good with a wide selection. Staff friendly. Parking was shared with other businesses on the site but this wasn't a problem. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Stay here when visiting Windhill bike park and no issues with taking bikes in the room. Parking is good just enter your number plate on arrival although may need to circle and wait for a space as busy parking with the cinema and restaurants. Ideal location and great breakfast staff were fab many thanks

The room was fine, a little sterile and I couldn't open the window, fresh air was lacking. It was clean although in need of a refresh in the bathroom. The 'hot' breakfast was buffet style and luke warm but there were other options available. I have mobility issues which were explained to the staff. When someone set the fire alarm off it took me a good while to get down the stairs, there was no help available and the same when I returned to my room. Some staff were helpful, others not so much. I have stayed in many Premier Inns and this one unfortunately did not live up to expectations.

This weekend, we stayed at the Premier Inn in Trowbridge. What can I say? The staff were absolutely outstanding, especially Kayleigh. She went above and beyond, making sure that nothing was too much trouble for us. We needed to switch rooms due to being placed in joining room, and since we were here for business, we required privacy to avoid any overheard conversations. Despite the hotel being fully booked and extremely busy, she explored every option to accommodate our request. Kayleigh was incredibly friendly and even walked us to our new room to ensure it met our needs. Her dedication has made our stay truly exceptional. Additionally, with a pageant weekend happening, I constantly heard her expressing her love for the events and her efforts to make the participants feel comfortable. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Kayleigh's outstanding service compelled me to share my experience.
