Very bad experience in this hotel. I stayed there for two days, the first night was booked by my employer and the second by myself. When I arrived at the hotel, I warned them about this so that I could have the same room for both days, they assured me that this would be the case, and the next day I even called them from my work to confirm and they told me again that everything was good. In the evening I came back and I saw that the card in my room no longer worked, I went to the reception and they told me that the card had been changed, all my things had been taken out, including the fresh groceries that I had left in the fridge. They touched my personal belongings, mixed my clean laundry with my dirty laundry and spoiled the merchandise I had purchased which needed to stay cold. All this to give me the SAME ROOM again. I mentioned this complaint to the director, he told me that he would investigate and get back to me within 24-48 hours, nothing at all. I received no compensation for this lack of respect and inconvenience caused. On top of that, the WI-FI connection was very poor to the point where I used my mobile data the entire stay, what's more, the sheets were not clean and there were blood stains on the pillowcase. I ended my stay in Trois-Rivières filled with frustration and anger because of this establishment. I strongly advise against it, rather go the other way (Days Inn) where the quality/price ratio is there and where the staff will give you respect. Don't be fooled by appearances!!️
