Great location, clean rooms, big smart tv with netflix (no sign in required!), ski storage, good wifi signal, heating and hot water working ok, decently sized rooms with balcony and good view. Believe it or not is still one of the cheapest around, therefore this Hotel is definitely recommended if you want to stay right there in Malbun. Din't try the food. Definitely ask for a room with bathroom and balcony if you can. Is probably a tad too expensive for what it is, although that is the trend in the whole area. Breakfast at CHF19.50 each is just a big NO, regardless how big and varied it might be. I also found quite bad not providing with proper toiletries but only with those "sachets" with shower gel (answer cannot be "environment" because of the plastic used for the very sachets). Also just a couple of non german-speaking live channels in the TV would be a nice touch. Although I overall liked the stay in this hotel, I would probably consider an hotel in Vaduz or somewhere else in between the two towns, if cheaper or same cost/more services. There is a very reliable bus that connects Vaduz to Malbun everyday, which extra storage for skis should there be no space inside.

Simple and beautiful. Lovely staff in the hotel who took great care of us. Birds of prey shore was intimate and the birds were beautiful. Easy to catch the bus to Vaduz and on to the airport if you don’t have a car. Check with the tourist info office down the road to get a Liechtenstein day/2 day pass as it covers a lot of activities.

We stayed for 1 night. What a stunning location!! Our room had a balcony with a view of the mountain with the constant ringing of cow bells! Very atmospheric! Comfortable bed, exceptional shower room. Staff very friendly, attentive & welcoming!! Breakfast included fresh produce and was delicious!!!! The drive back down the mountain was knuckle whitening...!!

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was super. We hadden een familiekamer geboekt voor 4 personen, dat was allemaal netjes. Niet overdreven luxe maar gewoon fatsoenlijk. Parkeren kon gewoon voor de deur. De voordeur en kamerdeur kun je openen m.b.v. je telefoon, handig. Vanaf de kamer keken we uit op de vogelverblijven en het terras met op de achtergrond de bergen. Vlakbij is een geweldige speelplek voor de kinderen. Met een prachtig uitzicht en ook een BBQ-plek. De roofvogelshow bij het hotel was leuk en interessant (voor kinderen die geen Duits verstaan iets minder). We moesten dit vooraf reserveren en bij aankomst betalen, het zat best vol. Enkele gasten werden uitgekozen om een vogel op de arm te mogen houden. Mooi om te zien, de valkenier sprak met passie en humor over de roofvogels. Rondom het plaatsje Malbun is het prachtig. We hebben ons er wel vermaakt. De minigolfbanen door het centrum zijn leuk en ook de Alpherz Trail met het schommelpad zijn een aanrader als je met kinderen wilt wandelen. Vanaf het hotel prima te doen allemaal. We waren positief verrast door de mooie omgeving en hoe netjes het allemaal is.

Zimmer mit Balkon, mit Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffe, schöne Aussicht, sehr sauber, nett und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Reichhaltiges Morgenessen Buffet. Gegessen haben wir sonst im Hotel vis a vis, sehr lecker! Die Wanderung mit einem Habicht mit Herrn Vögeli war einfach sensationell... mit sehr viel Herzblut seinerseits. Auch mein Partner, der nicht gut zu Fuss ist und nicht mitkommen konnte wurde involviert. Vogelschow sehr lehrreich und interessant. Komme gerne wieder, möchte auch die Adlerwanderung noch machen. Vielen Dank Familie Vögeli, wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter!

Unser Familienzimmer war leider überhaupt nicht schön. Dreckiger Teppich und muffige Räume. Stank nach abgestandenem Rauch. Gelbe Flecken auf einem Kissen, welches nicht ohne Diskussionen ausgetauscht wurde. Der Matratzenschutz war nicht richtig übers Bett gezogen und war völlig zerknaust unter dem Fixleintuch. Keine Halbpension im Hotel möglich, was nicht vorab kommuniziert wurde. Dies obwohl auf der Homepage steht dass das Restaurant jederzeit buchbar ist. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern war das der Horror am Abend nach einem langen Skitag noch nach draussen in ein Restaurant zu gehen. Dies bei Minustemperaturen. Am ersten Abend nur mit Glück noch einen Platz in einem Restaurant gefunden, da bereits alles ausgebucht war. Um 20.00 Uhr mussten wir zurück ins Hotel, da die Kinder schlafen mussten. Im Hotel war da jeweils bereits alles geschlossen, es gab keine Möglichkeit mehr im Hotel was zu trinken. Es sind nur Loungetische vorhanden, keine richtigen Tische. Sehr mühsam, wenn man am Abend noch jassen wollte. Am Sonntagmorgen um 7.20 Uhr von höllischem Lärm von Bohrmaschinen geweckt, weil es einen Wasserrohrbruch gab. Keine Abfallkübel im Zimmer, nur ein kleines Badezimmerkübelchen vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind so ringhörig, dass wir jeweils die SMS vom Zimmernachbarn hörten. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr verbraucht und nicht bequem. Wir gehen mit Sicherheit nicht mehr in dieses Hotel. Es hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen.
