"Cloistered beneath the castle walls, this stylished building has only a small parking lot but we were lucky to find a place. The modern lobby enables a glimpse to Roman foundations behind a glass. A sign warned that the hotel´s Roman ruins were closed to the public due to renovations, but I dind´t see any work being done. The location is a few steps away from the pedestrian area. The lobby has a cute bar, but it was always closed during our stay. Our room had a king size bed, slightly slimmer than regular ones (what I call European king). The shower is in the tub, separated by a tiny glass, so be prepared for water ponds."

"Very welcoming structure in the center, along the road that leads to the magnificent castle, visible from the hotel. Efficient and welcoming staff. Dogs accepted (at a cost of €22). Very spacious rooms with plenty of amenities (ours also included a kitchenette). Good restaurant. Excellent breakfast, buffet style. The only drawback is the parking, which cannot accommodate cars with a height greater than 2 meters, in which case (like mine) you will have to use the nearby outdoor parking spaces, at a cost of about fifteen euros a day."

Checking in took 2,5 hours away from my life, tv was not fixed during 4 days, you are neighbor with the prison and can watch them having their 1 hour ourside and listen to the watchdogs that replaces them at night."

"Large room, comfortable beds, great power shower. Quiet location 8 mins walk from the train station and a similar distance to the town and castle. Large Kaufland just around the corner with a shopping mall opposite that. Very friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. Very good eggs cooked to order. Good value. I'd happily stay here again."
