Taino Cove

Our 10 day stay at Taino Cove was wonderful in everyway. The room was clean, had good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a nice little refrigerator, and a great view of the ocean. The woodwork and detailed decorations throughout the facility were beautiful. The food was delicious but didn't have many choices. We could have ordered delivery food, but choose to go with whatever Cherry was cooking that evening. The pool was well kept and we enjoyed swimming in it. The nearby ocean was rocky and had a strong current making it unsuitable for swimming, However a very nice sandy beach was only a few minutes walk along the shore. Although the facilities were excellent, the best part of our vacation was meeting with and getting to know the people there. Winnie (the owner) is a very special person with an incredible history. Cherry, the cook, presented an assortment of traditional Jamaican dishes that were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We are looking forward to returning. Gary and Barbara

I found the staff very helpful, and welcoming the rooms were very clean and the shower was always warm ; the beach was on the doorstep, If I had moan, my son and I opted not to have the continental breakfast but a local breakfast, I was not advised that this would be at an extra cost per day, but other than that great location if you want to stay in St Elizabeth. 👍👍 and yes I would 💯 stay here again !!!!!!

The resort is beautiful and Winnie does an amazing job of taking care of her guests! The food was amazing and everyone was so hospitable and kind. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Please stay here and support Winnie’s dream! It was an amazing experience!

I have been visiting Taino Cove for years and recommend this gem to anyone and everyone who wants to get away from it all in an absolutely amazing setting. The staff and owner (Winnie, Cherry, Cindy, Loraine and Lucas) work very hard to make certain everything is perfect. I can’t wait to return in March. I leave finding myself rested and refreshed and longing to return.

I needed somewhere that could calm my anxious mind and restore peace in my life. I found this place last minute and decided to book it. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! Very peaceful, extremely safe and private. The staff was exceptional and my faith was restored in humans once more! God is indeed amazing and this place allowed me to focus on him and be healed! This is truly going to be my home away from home and you will be sure to enjoy the view, the ocean, the sunset and find a lot of time to make memories with the people you love! That’s Ms Winnie! We stayed one night in Taino Cove and it was lovely. We were alone in the hotel and had also the whole beach for ourselves. The owner are super nice and helpful. Every room is very speacial decorated. I also bought paintings from a nearby artist.♥️😊 It is very clean and you get a lovely sunset over there!
