We absolutely loved staying here. We had a large Japanese style room with a view of the lake. You could watch the fireworks and see the sunsets. The hotel is set slightly apart from the other main hotels which is a positive. The baths were never busy and there was a small outdoor bath. We really enjoyed our stay here

Awesome location near central Toyako Onsen. Room had gorgeous lake view and onsen was spacious and well-maintained. Only thing is that the hotel is a bit dated and mattresses were a bit thin.

Lovely big room with a sitting area as well. Bathroom was huge with separate toilet area. Bathrobes n slippers were provided. We can actually see the lake and the fireworks from the room. No food provided but there’s a vending machine. There’s a beautiful restaurant to have breakfast at the junction of the road leading up to the hotel with a beautiful garden and grounds. It’s about 20 min downhill to the town but it’s worth the drive. There’s a Seicomart in town as well with ample free parking.

Excellent stay overall although checkout time was a little early at 10am compared with others, so it's about an 18hour stay for a nights stay. Great price to performance for those needing to stay 1n at Lake Toya, Bfast was also delicious.

The location is the best which just one minute walking distance to the bus terminal to/from Toya Station and in front of the ferry pier. Please see my photo. Perfect location. The front desk receptionist lady was friendly. I was placed to a lake view Japanese style room. It doesn't include shower but toilet in the room and it looks like old but I love the room. The view from the room's window to Lake Toya was excellent. I love my room's window can be opened, I could see more clear to the lake view and to have fresh air from outside by opening the window. Even it was a raining day, cloudy and frosty. The view is still spotless good. The service was good. The room was clean, tidy and come with all necessity, but bath/shower excluded. However, based on the price, I was happy with it because I don't mind to use the bathroom in the onsen area on floor one. There was only two down side that I found: First, the male onsen area floor was sticky and slippery with moss (My left hand accidentally touched it and my hand was sticked with moss in outdoor onsen area) that includes indoor and outdoor area. I wish they would take more effort to the cleanliness of onsen area. Second, the suana was not available for customer to use. However, I had a fantastic sauna and onsen in 万世閣 (a hotel where is just a few minutes walk away from Toya Grand Hotel) by a paying walk in onsen fee(1300 yen) for non-resident. So, it didn't affect me much. Overall, my experience was good. I would give Toya Grand Hotel 8 out of 10. I love Toya Grand Hotel. I would recommend it.

The owner was very friendly. He bought us welcome gifts. He even informed us about the weather around the area. The scenery was fantastic as well, as you are greeted by lake toya the minute you step out of the house. Overall it was a great experience and the owner was very hospitable and friendly, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone interested in visiting lake toya or Niseko.

The nearest railway station is JR Toyoura Station, approximately 16km away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Toya Toybox, Okubo Jinnojo Monument and Ukimido Park all nearby.This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！
