Sitting on over 2 lakefront acres, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two full levels of living space to have everyone enjoying their time together. Main floor has Living Room, Full Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, and 2 car garage. On the Lower Level (walk-out basement) you will find the large Family Room with full size pool table, media area, very nice kitchenette/wet bar, 2 bedrooms and 1 Full Bath. (2 King Beds, 1 Queen, 3 sets of Bunk Beds, and 2 Queen Air Mattresses). Easy access to the lake for fishing and swimming is just 2 blocks down the road; you are welcome to park your car right at the end of the road, less than 100 feet from the water. You can bring your own 4-wheeler/Gator if you wish. The grounds have rolling lawns, trees, and plenty of room outdoors, to enjoy lake living at its best, patios, deck, and a large covered front porch. These homes are located just 6/10 of a mile off of paved road, but the road in is groomed gravel/dirt and easy to navigate. Pet Fee is $45 per dog, per stay; up to 3 dogs maximum.
