A modern single story property with 1 x double and 1 x twin bedroom each with own ensuite. Large lounge/kitchen diner/family room. Private sun trap rear patio and front courtyard (adjacent to owners property). 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Access to most of 9 acres of owners garden/land which is perfect to exercise yourself or your dogs. Near Instow. Bude and Hartland 30 mins, and easy access for shopping in Bideford or Barnstaple.
Great for Instow beach, Westward Ho! Etc
Lovely walks or biking along Tarka trail about 10mins away.
We have a small model village too !

Please be aware a few steep steps beyond the back patio but not if you don't venture further.
To protect your data, security and privacy we wish to inform you we have CCTV operating on the property which will capture your arrivals and departures in your vehicle. Please note there are none in the courtyard of the front of cottage, in the cottage itself, or at the back of the cottage. The cameras only cover the main drive and rear of our house. If you do not wish us to have the CCTV in operation during your stay please advise and we will delete any records of your stay
As owners we have both had both all our Covid and flu Jabs so are bang upto date.
Please note we have our own well behaved (mostly!) dog on site

Devon cottage
A really lovely property very comfortable and spacious had everything you needed for a lovely relaxing break good position to get about Graham and Andy were exceptional host loved the scone cream &strawberries and we had some lovely strawberries from there garden our 2 doggy's loved the space to run around so they enjoyed there holiday too would definitely come back and stay in this wonderful cottage we were very lucky had fab weather

Very restful week
Lovely accommodation. Everything was there for us. Great hosts. 5* cream tea left for us and they let me have some of their runner beans for our dinner one evening. Definitely need a car to get around .

Lovely cottage in North Devon

Beautiful well equipped cottage and grounds. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts, nothing was too much trouble, plus some treats for us all. We had a lovely relaxing week and would highly recommend it.

Perfect in all respects. The very best accommodation that I’ve experienced booking with VRBO
The cottage was excellently appointed. Much thought had gone into every aspect of comfortable living. The kitchen was equipped with all that was needed, the living room area had really comfy arm chairs and a good sink-into sofa. The large TV was great with the variety of streaming options making it feel as if you were at the cinema! The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were really comfortable with high quality memory foam mattresses and the bedding and all the linen and towels were top quality. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The showers in the bathrooms were really powerful, almost monsoon like which was a great treat. Altogether I cannot rate the cottage highly enough and I am sure future guests would agree with my feedback.
