Perfect room

Отличный отель. Жила в нем в низкий сезон, поэтому никакой шум с улицы не мешал, спала в тишине. Заселили раньше стандартного часа. Расположение очень удобное, до пляжей с двух сторон пешком пройтись минут 5. Чистая удобная постель, полотенца. Хороший вид с балкона, частично на море. Приветливый персонал, отличные разнообразие завтраки. Единственный недостаток - нет питьевой воды в номере. Пришлось пойти купить, магазины прямо в соседних зданиях. Прекрасный отдых, чистое море, пляжи. Ресторанов вокруг достаточно. Ночью все вымирает с октября до следующего сезона, потусить можно в единственном баре с дискотекой.

Its a very loud place , so we decided to buy an earplug it was helping for a day with the noise coming in from outside but next day a loud couple moved into the room next to us and the walls are like paper so either with the earplugs we could not sleep only when they went to sleep around 2 am.... When we arrived it was kind of clean but like one hair on the wall here and there... Probably I did not read everything but the fridge 50 euros for a week and the safety box 3.5/day or 21 euros for a week. Breakfast was good loads of food little changes everyday. I payed for dinner as well what we did not like, plenty of food but very bad quality from 6 days we kind of enjoyed only 2 dinner. The rest of the time we just tried to eat something but honestly nothing tasty, like burger meat so fatty and something like little bone peaces in it... We wanted late checkout but they just said last day morning come back... we went back last day morning sorry but the room is not available... I believe they knew it earlier... But at least they offered a room to take a shower and they had a luggage room which was not locked but we left our luggage there. I ll try to attach pictures. Positive : The breakfast was good plenty of food. The location is excellent . Restaurants, clubs ,shops around and the beach is only 2-3 minutes away.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with all you need for your stay. Food was lovely, buffet style but loads to choose from. Lovely clean swimming pool and sunbathing area. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, Hola, Hej! We, me and my mum went to this hotell between 3/9-13/9 - 10 days! We did really enjoyed the time here and I did a quick review above earlier, when we’d left and checked out from the hotel; that we recommend this hotel. But here comes a more detailed and a little bit more in-depth review cause this hotel really deserve that! Treatment/Service We’re so thankful and satisfied with the all the staffs treatment. When we arrived, pretty late we get a professional welcoming from the receptionist and did get well informed about the ruled of conduct and about the area around (supermarkets etc.) Each of you was so kind and helpful with exactly everything. You did always get a smile when you passed and if you had a question or something to solve, it was never a problem. Perfect English of course so no worries if you don’t spak Spanish or cathalan. Cleaning Topnotch cleaned rooms and areas every day! Don’t understand what people who says it was dirty is talking about above in other reviews. Cause that’s not true! Always fixed beds, clean floors, clean towels and fresh every single day. The cleaners even fold things in the rooms… We want to give a special thanks to: Betsy - one of the cleaners Paula, Chris and Toni in the restaurants Alicia and her colleage in the reception, unfortunately we don’t know his name but he was the first one we’d met when arriving on the night and he did helped us with many questions and other things we wondered in. The hotel in general To ”only” be ranked with three stars *** this hotel really lives up to expectations and more. Just want to say. You get value for the money. Also has a nice constitution both outside and inside in the public spaces. Rooms The rooms is tiny and cozy, whole the interior is very fresh with light gray parquet floor/furnitueres, white walls and blue/beige details on the textiles. Tiles and beautiful Mallorcan mosaik in the bathroom, shower behind a wall of glass and a shower head with really nice pressure. The room also has a little desk and a TV on the wall where you can watch both Spanish, German, English Chanels and news, even radio. The room is also equipped with enough many contacts for charching several products in the same time. Good storage space and hangers of course. In the bathroom there also is both vegan shampoo and shower gel with aloe vera - and its really nice to use after a whole day in the sun. Soft and comfortable beds. Nice curtains for the sun and a pretty big balcony. Comfort/Facilities/Property amenities At the Hotel, there’s a big and beautiful pool (in the night it has lights in different colours in the edges). In and between the pool is it sun-beds to lay on and a lots of chairs too of course. When you get a place on the sun-bed, you also have a little extra-area to just take a little bath and a lot of place to just sit. Not a problem to get a good place both on the beds and in the chairs. Just returned from this hotel in Palmanova with my Mum. What a fabulous little hotel a short walk from the beaches and shops. We will definitely return as we found it to be more like a small 4 star hotel with the quality of the rooms and the food was great, lots and lots of choice and better quality than an average 3 star hotel. Also everything as breakfast that you could possibly want all freshly made and cooked fresh. You can even get a bottle of their house wine for 7.5 Euros which is pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget get away, nicely positioned, lovely and clean. At the beginning of October is was very quiet but like everywhere in High Season it could be a bit noisy although the hotel has strict rules about what is not acceptable which we liked. Reception staff lovely, all speak perfect English and very helpful. Paola the lovely lady Manager on duty was lovely and friendly as was the man running the bar. Can't wait to go back!
