The Millbrook B&B

This is the third time I have stayed at The Millbrook B&B. It was a very comfortable stay with friendly hospitable hosts who make you feel relaxed and welcomed. The breakfast is good with ample choice. The Suite room I stayed in was very nice with a comfortable bed and a small room off with a couch and TV. I do like that room. I very much enjoy staying at The Millbrook B&B whenever I am traveling there for business. Highly recommended.

Would 100% recommend the Millbrook b&b, the room was very clean, the owners were an absolute pleasure, and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious and always hot and freshly cooked. We will absolutely be returning next year! Thank you we loved our stay with you 💞

Lovely bed and breakfast .The hosts Vanessa and Cameron were so helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with great choices every day. Clean spacious well equipt room with very comfy bed. Also situated in a great position for all amenities and activities along the Torquay coastline. Within walking distance too. Will highly recommend.

This was my second stay at Millbrook since Cameron and Vanessa purchased it in 2023. Each visit has been 9-11 days.. time to enjoy and observe the operation of this remarkable bed and breakfast. The location is ideal.. a few minutes from the train by cab, or a 15 minute walk if luggage is not a challenge .The walk to Torre Abbey and the Harbour front is also only about 15 minutes. Available free parking on the property is a bonus. The decor is tasteful,comfortable and inviting; every area is immaculate. Having a fridge in the room is a welcome touch, as is the included milk and coffee/ tea / kettle. An asset to pet owners is the availability of a pet friendly room. For one who has mobility challenges, a ground floor room is available. Breakfasts are delicious, with numerous choices, whether the basics or my favorite omelette with lox and onion! I appreciated my rate not including breakfast, since I preferred sleeping late. However, it is the genuine caring and commitment of Vanessa and Cameron which elevate this B and B . It is an obvious goal that each guest has a memorable, fulfilling and enjoyable vacation experience in the Torquay area. On a personal note, my friend became ill and required hospitalization. We were treated as loved family throughout and following the experience. We felt as if we were leaving friends, and cannot imaging staying anywhere else!! Thanks again, Vanessa and Cameron.

The the best place we have stayed in Torquay Everything about the hotel and location was first class from the free parking to the fantastic breakfasts. Together with the friendliness and availability of the owners our break was fantastic. Already thinking of going again next year.

Stayed at The Millbrook for 3 nights at the weekend. I don't normally do reviews, but I feel like I want to this time. This is definitely the best B & B we have ever stayed in. It's absolutely immaculate and tidy. Rooms were really lovely. The couple who have it couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and accommodating. The place smells amazing, I had a sneaky look at which air freshener they use and bought it myself. The only downside is it made me stay up all night when I got home to clean to make my house look as good. Would 100% stay there again and 100% recommend it.
