The most lovely B&B in Torquay, minutes walk from the beautiful harbour Very clean spacious and comfy bedroom in good decorative order. Slept so well and room/B&B was very quiet. Tea making facilities and fridge, good hairdryer and mirror (important when drying your hair) complimentary slippers and lovely products in the bathroom. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked impressive and very clean. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Excellent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Parking on site. Would happily stay there again. Wish all B&Bs were this good. They call it the Devon Court Luxurious B&B and in my book that title describes it perfectly.

So glad we booked here for a weeks stay in Torquay. The hosts Martin and Kyra are brilliant and so knowledgeable about the local attractions and eateries. Location is great as long as you don't mind a fairly steep hill back up from the seafront. 15 mins walk to the harbour and only 5 mins to the seafront and beach. We had a suite and it was lovely, modern but tastefully done and plenty of room. Great shower and lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was fantastic, we tried the full English, fruit platter, eggs benedict, poached eggs on black pudding and all were excellent. Kyra is a great hostess with her joke of the day and advice on plans for the day. The swimming pool and garden are the cherries on the cake and really make this place special. All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Devon Court, you won't regret it.

Thank you Kyla and Martin for such a great stay. As other reviews have said, the rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfasts marvelous and the pool a real bonus. In addition, Kyla and Martin are perfect hosts, they made us feel very welcome and clearly love what they do....it really did make the difference to our stay. We'll be back and would highly recommend anyone who wants a relaxing break to give it a try.

What a lovely peaceful place. This is the second time we have stayed here. Stayed for 3 nights. Owners are lovely. Weather great so we were able to enjoy the lovely outside heated pool. We'll definately be back next year.

Martin and Kyla made us feel very welcome , nothing was too much trouble , the hotel and accommodation is immaculate with every facility needed to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Great hotel clean rooms pool is amazing and owners very attentive breakfast is pre order and you can have anything im fussy and they did my breakfast perfect every day

Lovely hotel, the hosts are very welcoming, friendly and obliging. Our room was nicely decorated and the furnishings modern with plenty of storage. Bathrobe and slippers were provided and the bathroom was a good size with a large shower. Breakfast room is bright and nicely set out and breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. Although we did not have chance to use it, there is a lovely heated swimming pool with towels provided and a very nice lounge and bar area. Ten minute walk to the sea front and restaurants/cafes. It is situated up a hill but we did not find this a problem.

Kyla & Martin are very welcoming and are great hosts. The Devon Court is a lovely B&B. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with a modern shower room, with guest robes and slippers, Tea & Coffee making facilities. The breakfast was first class, the Fruit Platters and Eggs Benedict were delicious all cooked to order. The whole property was spotlessly clean with a beautiful welcoming swimming pool. This was our first visit to the Devon Court but we will definitely be returning again soon.

Lovely B&B. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with a modern shower room, with guest robes and slippers. All very handy to wear down to the pool. ( Pool towels are also supplied). Breakfast first class, the Fruit Platters and Eggs Royale were delicious all cooked and plated by Martin. The drinks at the bar and in the mini bar in the room were very reasonably priced. The pool is heated and lovely and warm. Kyla was welcoming and very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Great place to stay
