The Wellsway

We stayed at the Wellsway for two nights in Room 3. It is very located close to Torre sands and about 15-20 minutes to the marina. The room was spacious and very well appointed. It was clear much thought had gone into meeting guests’ needs. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with some nice touches throughout. The cooked breakfast was excellent with plenty of lighter options if that is your preference. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful without being at all intrusive. Excellent value. Couldn’t fault at all. Highly recommend.

Booked for 2 nights 6-8 August 24. Solo traveller made more than welcome by the friendly owners. Spotless rooms and all you could want within the room. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was absolutely spot on. Plenty of choice to help yourself to and also a hot full English. Tea,toast and coffee as much as you need too. 10 mins walk to the front and 20 odd mins into the harbour. Parking off road for all the rooms. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area again. I see why people go year after year. Perfect.

Could not fault this Hotel. Everything is pristine even down to a dark grey makeup removal face cloth, fresh water bottles every day. So clean and tidy. Fantastic breakfast, a lovely fresh fruit salad to start and a huge choice for a full English.The owners are so friendly and helpful. EXCELLENT

Fantastic place, the couple running it are two of the nicest people we've ever met, we've been here twice and we would 100% come back again! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are lovely and extremely clean, the cooked breakfasts are delicious, they provide tea, coffee and even little biscuits in the room! They are extremely helpful and gave us a lift to the train station when we were running late and always let us leave our luggage there even after we've checked out. Thank you so much for looking after us and giving us a really wonderful few weekends away.

We have been staying at the Wellsway for well over 10 years, stayed in every room. We can honestly say that you will not be disappointed. Quality furnishings, spotlessly clean, great breakfasts. Nothing is too much trouble for your hosts Pat and Whisky.

On arrival meet by owner. Made to feel very welcome and thing just got better from then. Room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom spacious with walk in shower. Teas and coffees supplied. Set on a side street, with not much traffic, so good night's sleep. Off road parking for 3/4 cars. Breakfast was excellent. The couple who own this establishment are both friendly, cheerful and exceedingly helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We stayed at the Wellsway for one night. Large spacious room, with lovely large en-suite and all the facilities you could need, which included tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits. The breakfast was excellent (ordered the night before). Pat and Nick very welcoming and friendly. Added bonus off street parking. A very enjoyable stay!

My wife and I stayed here two nights ago. A friend stayed in another room. Incredible B&B! The owners were wonderful. The house was immaculate and lovely on a quiet street near a cricket ground. Near the entrance to town. Great shower and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was super. Over the top in all ways! Rooms were large.

Excellent service and quality facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Service fantastic nothing was to much trouble . Beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean with so many little extras and attention to detail. Fully recommended.
