Gran ambiente y personal fantástico. Pero el día que me iba, llegué a las 11:30 de la mañana y el check out era a las 11:00, casi me echan (pedí ducharme y me iría enseguida, el empleado me dijo que me fuera enseguida y luego me daría acceso a la ducha más tarde, acompañado de una sonrisa sarcástica). No lo podía creer, porque Canadá fue uno de los países en los que he estado con la gente más servicial, educada y servicial que he visitado. Estoy indignada porque no pedí nada y ya he viajado a 30 países. Y nunca me han perseguido de esa manera.

Amazing location in Toronto downtown. Fast access to TTC Bloor-Yonge station. Nice staffs, many many good restaurants nearby. Pp are nice and kind.

A 190 metros de la estación de metro King. Una de las chicas llega y se calma. A 650 metros del mercado de St. Lawrence, 1.6 kilómetros de la antigua fábrica de cerveza. Hay microondas, lavavajillas y cocinas en la habitación. Si necesitas más, puedes llamar a la recepción y lo enviaré inmediatamente. Las horas de estadía son las 3:00, las 11:00 horas de salida.

My review may be different from other's experience, but I got a room that fits on the option that I payed for. As I am not a picky traveller, I was okay that I got single room with private bathroom. If you are a traveller who walks a lot and takes transportation and woman, you may want to be little bit careful as surroundings are houses and dark at night time. Streetcars and the nearest subway are not that far (streetcars: about 5 mins / subway: 10 mins). At dawn, if you want to buy something, you need to go to convenience store which is about 15-20 mins away. If you are nighttime traveller and active at nighttime, you may want to choose different place. Otherwise, I think this is a budget-matching place to take a sleep. My room didn't have hair dryer, so be aware of this lol. Beside some parts, I was okay with staying here. Refrigerator and microwave was there so I had some latenight meal, so this was good. During summer, this is going to be little harsh as it didn't have air conditioner (or the ventilator may give you a cool air during summer; I had hot air as I travelled in winter).

The location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food. I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.
