All was just stunning. 10 out of 10! From the very first gretting at the reception to the very last moment we checked out, we felt the warmth of friendly staff and the quality touch to every details by Moyo management. We came for two nights but the moment we checked in to the room, we knew instantly we had to extend our stay. Couldnt be a more accommodating more cosy and relaxing stay with our 1.5 years old baby and our dog. Our dog was running around freely and our baby hd the best time in the sand, sea and pool. Torba area is well located to Bodrum city center and other nice parts so you don’t have to waste time in traffic. The beach setting and the restaurant area has a wonderful atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy nice food and drinks. The food, from stone oven pizza to more sophisticated options were simply delicious. The chef himself served our food one of the nights, which was classy. Food quality was high. Breakfast options were too big and all was so delicious. We were super lucky and attended a live concert night on our last night in the restaurant area, so called Moyo Stage which was simply an extraordinary organization. We had the best time under the full moon, singing songs with Fedon and dancing. Reception manager, Burcu Hanim, was very attentive and always followed up with us on our days there to make sure we are having the best time. The general manager Tuncay Bey made himself available whenever we had a query, he is a very professional and friendly gentleman. The staff at the restaurant, Yasemin, Sukru, and all the other heroes that I forgot the names were always there for you with a warm smile and fast service. Reception staff, Muhammet also delivered great welcome and valet service. See you next year Moyo! :)

We truly loved this place! For the price this is definitely the best hotel around. It has a prime beach front location with excellent facilities and even better staff! The service is fantastic and every member of the staff is very welcoming and professional. The rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant service is also great. Lots of water sport activities and awesome beach to lounge on. Overall highly recommend this place and would gladly go back to visit again!

First of all I want to mention that in summer’21 I visited this place more than 5 times for a daily use.It was my favourite beach club,I never wanted even to visit new ones after Moyo.This summer didn’t have a lot of chance to come,but one week before decided to come with my friend.Was a big disappointment!Food is not tasty at all ,drinks not a good quality (coffee really disgusting).Menu is really not like before,now it’s full of Turkish food and even no good choices for breakfast.Service…..maybe it’s better even not to make any comment.So first of all never ever someone came to our table ,even you rase your hand still no one gonna come,you will need to stand up and go till the bar to say what you would like to order.Second which really made me crazy, I’m living in Turkey for 5 years and I’m speaking fluent Turkish (maybe even better than English),so the waiters were making strange face when I was starting to talk Turkish to them and they repeating after me my orders with the smile and laughing.The beach is really not clean and it’s lack of the sunbeds near the pool. Really I’m so sad and angry about situation like this ,me and my friends, family were always spending time in Moyo,but never ever anymore after this experience!!!

We visited this hotel as a group of couples Some of the group have been before. The hotel is small and quiet, best suited for couples and young families. A few restaurants and other hotels nearby . Bus or taxi to Bodrum takes 20 mins . There is a small beach and deck area for the guests with beds . The beach beds are super uncomfortable as they have no cushions ( I believe they did have previously). There was always a bed available for us when we wanted, the beds on the deck are more comfortable. The hotel is nice , but could really be much better with some easy improvements . The overall maintenance needs attention. The staff are all clearly trying but training is lacking . There are also limited staff that speak English, which is an issue when asking for help with anything. This includes reception. We asked at reception about hiring a car . They had no way to help . No company to recommend. They should be able to do this or help with it . Another staff member kindly helped us ( although it’s not really her job ) The staff - including house keeping just need to greet guests as we pass and smile . At breakfast which is ok , only filter coffee is supplied- other coffee cappuccino/ espresso is chargeable - again I believe this was available as part of breakfast previously. The coffee provided is horrible. On the upside free chilled water is available at reception - I know this because my friends who stayed before told me - I was not informed by the hotel . Water is also available in the rooms and is replenished by housekeeping. The rooms are ok not what I’d describe as luxury , no AC in the bathroom. The room we had was a bit limited on space . No mirror for doing hair / makeup , and as no AC in bathroom it was a bit tricky. Only 2 pillows provided as standard per room and blankets small and not fitting well . We asked for pillows and blankets and they were provided. But should be standard. We didn’t eat in the hotel apart from breakfast because the menu is a bit limited and food and drinks are very expensive compared to nearby options. We had a nice relaxing week , but I don’t think I would chose this hotel again for the reasons listed. I should add the rate is not cheap in high season , that’s why I’m being a bit critical, if it was cheaper I wouldn’t mind the small issues, but if you charge then you have to provide the service.

I am giving MOYO 2/5 stars only due to the exceptional staff at the bar and beach club, as well as the captivating appearance of the communal outside area, which we found to be truly beautiful. However, we encountered a troubling incident that was poorly managed and could potentially ruin the experience of other guests. The hotel operates a valet service, meaning guests are unable to park their cars themselves and must entrust the keys to a valet who handles the parking. These keys are kept at the reception until needed again. During our four-day stay at Moyo, on the second morning, the valet returned our car with significant scratches on the back and damage to the alloy tyre. We promptly reported the damage, and were informed that the general manager would address the matter. Unfortunately, most of the staff lacked fluency in English, resulting in poor communication and a lack of attention to our concerns. That evening we asked the receptionist for news and she informed the hotel couldn’t take any responsibility for the damage as there was no proof and told us to seek permission from a nearby villa to access their security cameras (since the hotel had none) to investigate the incident ourselves. This left us incredulous and we asked again when we could expect to speak to the general manager. Despite continuous requests, the general manager never followed through, and the issue was neglected. We told the reception staff we were leaving at 10am and at 10:30am after waiting in the foyer, a manager who spoke English came to speak with us, greeting us with ‘I have bad news for you.’ She told us to request a police report and that hotel couldn’t take any responsibility. With little time until our flight, we left the hotel. We expected the hotel to have basic security measures, such as cameras, especially since they offer a valet service where our car was under their care for extended periods. We assumed they would have some form of insurance or protection for such incidents. However, we were disappointed, particularly because the car was rented, and we had to deal with the damages, without any form of apology from the hotel. When booking a hotel abroad, one would hope to feel secure and well taken care of, but unfortunately, our experience at Moyo was quite the opposite.

Whilst the poor staff tried their best at service and keeping not only us but other clients happy, the hotel condition, smell and value for money clearly upset not just us. Due to obvious reasons, two years of no business, the place is run down, garden overgrown and lacking investment so the Owners are clearly charging the earth to recover some costs and 'hopefully' doing some renovations this winter. Terrible paint work, poor finish, rusting metal work, torn massage table.... There are lots of other options along the beach in Torba... consider them before Moyo.

Extremely clean and looked- after hotel in Torba. Perfect if you are looking for quiet peaceful days away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can be in the middle of Bodrum city in 10 to 13 minutes by taxi only. Nothing much to do around the hotel though. Staff is extremely helpful and cheerful. We love this hotel and would come again and again when looking to rest and unwind.

Nice location, clean rooms, very kind staff, the best choice in Torba Bodrum if you also think value for money. We were in this hotel also last year and there were big improvements under the new Hotel Manager. We hope it will be better next year.

The hotel is beautiful situated and the staff is really doing their utmost to please the guests but regarding the maintenance (& cleaning) of the hotel there is room for improvement and it would be helpful when the restaurant staff could speak English as a lot goes wrong because they do not understand English at all. Furthermore the hotel says "pet friendly" however during our last evening the manager kicked a very friendly & loving dog from the (outsite) restaurant, the dog cried and a few minutes later we saw the lifeguard carying the dog outsite the hotel. Hopefully he is brought to a shelter but the hotel staff had different versions of that story. This realy broke our heart as this dog brought nothing but joy & love to the hotel guests and of course he is hungry as he does not have a real owner so don't mind him begging for food!! I understand that not all guests like dogs begging for food around the restautant but you also have to understand that a lot of guests do not appreciate how you handeled that at all. There is plenty of food around so just feed those 3 dogs, problem solved. I will avoid hotels/ people mistreating dogs like this!!!
