"Toda la experiencia fue horrible desde el inicio a la salida!!! La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Pagamos por un corto período de estancia con antelación, pagamos el depósito cuando llegó, y nos dejamos llevar nuestras bolsas de nuestras propias escaleras 2 vuelos!!! ¡La primera vez que entramos en el hotel, encontramos la caja de la cafetería y los envases de dulces, así que no se limpió ni se vacíó por completo! El tubo era muy sucio!! ¡La cama tenía agujeros! Ambas camas huelen horriblemente!! Fuimos a una tienda y comprábamos nuestros propios artículos de limpieza y saneamiento, ropa de cama y toallas de baño. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas, y el hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas. Las salas huelen como cigarrillos durante el día y ********* todas las noches!!! ¡Los demás en el hotel eran pobres y constantemente tratando de encontrar maneras de robar comida, bebidas y dinero! Ambos, natural y espiritual!!! ¡Esto fue uno de los peores lugares que he estado!!!!"

"We booked a room with a couch, I was told that the only room like that was on the second floor and because I had a pet (which was known at time of booking)and our room would need laminate floors we could only stay on the first floor therefore we would not have a couch. Explained the need for the couch and the length of our stay. Was told no. I saw pictures of rooms with laminate floors that had couches on the website so was a bit confused, but let that be. When getting to the room, I saw that the furniture was very worn and the seating very sparce. The beds creaked and were shaky, but we managed. It was advertised that there was an indoor pool, but apparently it was not functioning. This was not mentioned on the website for this location. I was planning on letting my grandchildren swim and I wanted to hot tub myself. It was advertised to have a hot breakfast. We were lucky to get weak coffee and cold cereal. Small packaged muffins were sometimes available. This is not what I call a hot breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be under the conditions of the motel. When we walked our dog, we had to be careful so to not have her walk on broken glass or beer cans. We were almost certain if we explored more we would have found needles, there were grocery carts all around and pretty sure homeless lived around the trash bins. We are from Topeka and back visiting for my grandson's music concert. We knew that area so was surprised to find it in such disarray. You would have thought for the area of town the motel would have been kept up better."
