我是一個比較挑剔的人，但這個酒店真的讓我無可挑剔，我從沒給過一個酒店好評，但是這個酒店我一定要寫一個，因為真的太棒了！早餐、服務都太棒太棒了！建議五星的酒店都向他們學習，這麼熱的天可以服務的這麼好！真的太讚了！！！尤其要感謝管家小張！真的是很貼心的服務！

原本預訂的湖景房，因為天氣原因剛做了小蟲子消殺，所以酒店給升級了獨棟的別墅，環境清靜，地理位置優越，早餐豐富的吃不完，下午茶也不錯，晚上還安排了泡腳桶，很貼心，重點表揚的是酒店的服務 ，管家小許非常貼心到位，連其他服務員也是服務很好，看得出管理到位，大大的贊。洗護用的是歐舒丹，一切都挺好！還去烏鎮的話，會再次選擇入住。

非常驚艷的一次體驗。 環境：酒店坐落在烏鎮鬧中取靜的中後段，即便中午熱鬧非凡，房間裏依舊可以安靜的聽到鳥鳴。 服務：管家半夏貼心服務。有求必應解決所有你遇到的問題。晚上服務員還會貼心的給準備泡腳桶，驅走一天的疲憊。趕上端午節，晚上還贈送了粽子形狀的小甜點。臨走的時候，還送了酒店自製的手工艾草薄荷膏。 餐飲：早餐特別棒，非常的豐富，而且主打的是葯膳。本來定了早餐船，由於天氣原因沒有實現，但給下次的旅行埋下了伏筆。

超預期的體驗，特別表揚一下管家小萬，提前一天就加微信聯繫。入住當天提前到停車場迎接，主動拿行李，服務周到，全程走VIP通道，省心又省事。酒店客房也很大，設施齊全，裝修很上檔次。酒店安排早上在船上用餐，很有特色，早餐菜品很精緻，味道也很好。酒店的位置在西柵主街，離碼頭、網紅小吃店、酒吧一條街都不遠，下次來烏鎮還會入住！
